sir i have been apply an complain on 18th august 2011 north zone, asarva zonal estate department located at memco, ( with the inward no. 4312 ).
as per BPNC act. 478 to do seal my property. because its located in housing society and using as a commercial from my partner. its been too long i complain... and i get to know that our few officer went there for it n GOT GOOD for do not do anything from the commercial user...
so now what should i do? against our corrupted officers...

This Complaint Is Regarding illegal Commercial Construction, I
would like to draw the kind attention of the concerned authorities towards the problem created from illegal Commercial Construction on Road-in way of Foujdars old street namely " Chaudhary Hotel (old Name Chaudhary Bhojnalay) " Near Gulabgiri Auto service, Opp Torrent power A.E.C. Sub-Station, Kasturbhai Lalbhai Bridge Corner - Memco Circle, Naroda Road, Saijpur-bogha, Ahmedabad by Harlal Naranaram Chaudhary.
Already a complaint was filed by me and neighbouring people's (Deputy Commissioner A.M.C.North Zone inward number 5567) on August 11, 2011 against " Chaudhary Bhojnalay- Harlal Naranaram Chaudhary " for illegal construction and Deputy Estate officer/Deputy T.D.O./Estate Inspector (A.M.C. North Zone) given stay on dated August 12, 2011 to stop the construction while contruction is going on and given a order to demolish the illegal commercial construction as soon as. but the construction will not stoped & completed by Harlal Naranaram chaudhary after the given stay also. and Harlal Naranaram Chaudhary will not abey the order of stay and constructed 2 floor building and 50x40 feet advertisements board on the top of building in way of foujdars old street-road. therefore, request the higher authorities to look into this matter and take strict action immediately against Harlal Naranaram Chaudhary. We Request The Concern Authorities to demolish those illegal Commercial Construction as soon as and take quick legal action likewise police case action, Bombay Provincial Municipal Corporations Act, 1949, indian criminal procedure code, indian pinal code on the above mentioned illegal commercial construction Owners Harlal Naranaram Chaudhary.
Your punishment towards this complaint should be like a lesson to them. also as a CAUTION to the Others.
