[Resolved]  Team Lease — pf refund

Dear Team

this is inform you that my pending EPF(Employees Provident Found )amount is not recd me till date because you send the my EPF(Employees Provident Found ) cheque (State Bank of India, Ch No. 170786, Ch Amount 4263.00) amount my a/c no [protected] axis bank but my bank a/c is not activate. so the cheque is return of your office (Blue Dart Courier, POD No. [protected]) on 26/03/2008.
i request you that i send you scan copy of my active a/c cheque. i already send u my fresh cheque of your office but till date i'dnt any response.
