I was working for Teamlease from Jan 2020 to Sep 2021 for Rolls Royce client. Now i have joined other organization where i am not able to transfer my PF from teamlease trust to current UAN no. If addressed to [protected]@teamlease they say in YouTube there is a demo according to which i must do but that method is not working as some options are not present in my EPFO portal.

I left team lease last year may 2019 but they still not giving my pf they update exit date wrong and they are not changing it

I was working for teamlease and had resigned in feb 2017. I have been trying to get my pf withdrawal but team lease has not been helping me and has not provided proper assistance. Every day i am told to call back the next day but i have not got any response or have not got my pf money transferred. Each day i call my call is answered by a different executive and they dont understand the case history. Sometimes when i call my call gets cut as well and i dont receive the assistance. When i personally went to team lease office no one came to attend to my request. This has been going on for several days with no resolution in sight. Either via phone or via email team lease is dodging me. I am really worried about my pf amount.

I have submitted joint declaration form, aadhar card, pan card, blan cheq and pension form to your office and you rejected my form that it would done through pf online portal. I requested for date change but still its pending from field officer, i called you and you asked me to send the screenshot which i have been sent to you already but still its pending, then i called to rpfc office, he said that dob difference is more then 1 year so there system will not allow to change the same and they need the joint declaration and aadhar card, pen card, blank cheque and the claim form (The hard copies) but still you guys need more and more time. I want to know that where is my that all hard copies which i have sent to you, and why you are not sending to the rpfc office. You are just repeating that it would be done through online, and rpfc is denying for this online proccedure
I need my pension money asap, else i will file the rti that you guys are not transfer the money and its been one year approx.
Revert me asap its really disappointed for me.

My name is sahil chauhan and my emp code was 680299 & later changed to 801003 by teamlease due to their portal problem.I was deputed at REC Ltd project Office shimla and I worked continuously three years from 28.10.2013 to 27.10.2016. Now when I am applying for my experience, Teamlease is just giving my experience for emp code 801003 with DoJ 01.12.2014. Even client I.e REC Ltd have requested teamlease to provide complete experience of 3 years but the issue again comes to their portal and software. It's been more than 4 months since my contract end and still I didn't get my experience and relieving order.
How to get out of it.? I missed many opportunities only due to this..
I am really helpless and talked to Miss neha from teamlease Bangalore many times but nothing came out in terms of solution.

Rimi B from Team lease first told me i have to fill the manual transfer form since online is not possbile in my case.after 2 month .This is the height of ignorance. I spoke with Divya shree team lease in evening and she told me she would get back to me in 15 minutes but she didnt call me yet.

Kindly help me with the escalation matrix .

Divyashree told that manual form is not acceptable however with my conversation with Rimi B, she confirmed that i could only sent manual form as online is an error.

Where is the solution and when i will get my PF???

I send my pf withdrawal form to team lease on 15th july 2016, which was duly received by them and i got the email confirmation on 20th july 2016 that they have received it and it is under process.

Now yesterday[protected] i got the message that my form has been rejected with no reason.

I am following up with them and there is no reply from them neither they are taking any calls.

This is how they treat their ex employee.

i Pankaj kumar kunwar was working at excel crop care as a third party employee of team lease services based at ropar, punjab. I leave the organisation on 31 april with all due clear from market. But still i did not receive my april month salary. I have deposit my PF form in team lease office banglore, and i also got the mail from team lease department that they have received my PF form on date 02/07/2011.

I thought that it will be cleared with in 15 days, but till date it's not clear , whenever i drop mail to team lease department , i got only one reply many time from there that "You PF form is under processs".

but till date it's not cleared, please some one help me on this case.

I am actually struggling for getting my PF amount from last 3 yrs. My employer is TEAM LEASE Services Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore.

I have applied through them and if i ask them, then they are saying that they have proceeded my form to PF office on 24th July 2009. And we can not do anything furthermore and you have to contact to PF office directly.

And if i try to contact to PF office Bangalore, nobody picks up the phone. only busy or this no. is not in work currently like this messages are coming. If i tried to track it through website, then it is saying that your claim has not been received to us.

and my other experience of Pune, Maharashtra PF office is that if i m applying through employer and if any problem is there, then PF office contacts to that employer itself and if i am applying individually, then only PF office will contact to that concerned individual itself.

I lives in Hyderabad & I can not go to Bangalore everytime to check the status. How i can trace the papers or details, i m not getting actually.

If anybody can help me???

Im Neethu from Trivandrum, working as Operations Manager in Divx India Ltd, Technopark, i would like to give an awareness about the mal practices doing by job consulting company called Team Lease.On 6th November 2009 i got a call from Team Lease Bangalore, and one executive called Ms.Vandana Iyer who called me and said there is one vaccancy in HR post in Ernakulam with 25000 per month as salary and my profile is very much suiting with the company requirements.So i was to attend an online test in Reliance web world Tvm for the first round selection and there i have to pay 400 Rs as examination fees. I am also interested to work in HR so i agreed with the terms and conditions. On monday 9th November i attended the test in reliance web world and paid 400 RS there.Once i completed the test i got a message on the screen that the executive will call and give the result with in 48 hrs.My test id is 395951.Today is 21st November and till this date i didnt get any further communication from the company. I called them 4 times and spoke with the same executive called Vandana Iyer 2 times. I realized one thing from her talk that she dont have the interest and commitment in my case as she shown before the test. Then i called in the office no and talked with a guy. He said send a detailed mail regarding your complaint and he will handover it to the manager..I did so and my email reference no is 4095299, then also i didnt get any communication from them. Is it the right way a corporate is behaving? A candidate who is spending 400 Rs for a test means he/ she have the right to get their result. Is this the way all consultancies are making money?is this ethical...Please solve my problem and make sure that they wont do this again..

from last seven months i am waiting for the second cheque of my PF settlement, But i am not even receiving the actual answer . I am unable to understand when will i receive it because according to me PF settlement does not take such a long time . Every now and then there is only one reply i am getting and that is, please have patience in this matter.
