[Resolved] Tech Mahindra Limited — CHEAT MONEY CALLING BEFORE INTERVIEW | |
Dear Sir/Ma'am, I am Samim Mallick from Soaluk, Pursurah, Hooghly, WB, and Pin-712410. I am now a student of Diploma Engineering Final year. Some days ago a company, name "Tech Mahindra Limited" advertise in the web site naukri.com and calling me for the interview and says me to payment Rs 9950 for security deposit for Air Ticket and so many things and also says contact Mr. Maynak kapur whose contact no. given below the advertisement. Then I contact Maynak kapur and says an account no. and I payment the money. He says to me that my air ticket and interview call letter send me before 4 days from the date of interview my interview date is 21.10.2013, but the letter is not coming. So I think it was chit with me. So, please help me and tell me what I would do to refund the money as I am a very poor background family and doing a necessary step against them. Hello Sir/Mam,
I attended interview at Techmahindra, hyd twice and both the times i faced really clumsy interview process. I answered 98% of the questions but still that interviewer asked another 2 technologies which is not in my resume.Finally he said because i am not having knowledge on those 2 I am not selected, we are looking for those 2. I asked then why did you people called me for the interview? He has no answer but said we will get back to you. you leave for the day..
This is the worst ever experience I had. No other company does such a clumsy process where in hours and hours we waited but the incharge persons are roaming and doing show off that's it. We had to go to them and ask what's the result.. else we would have returned home in the evening i hope.
Second time when i attended. they called for j2ee and adf. I have experience in both technologies and i just dint answer 1 question. There's nothing more questions regarding behavioral etc. So definitely i have to be selected. when i said adf; they responded as if they won 1crore lottery and when i said 6months adf and rest j2ee experience they reacted as if i was a beggar who came for a job. You need to take proper action or else your company will lose many good employees who are dedicated to work and you will also shut down like satyam if this happens..

Tech Mahindra Limited — Discrepancy in PF claim
Hi,I came to know that my previous organization (Tech mahindra Limited) already submitted my withdraw form to PF office on 10 Aug 2009. But I was unable to get the updates on this.
Kindly do the needful.
