[Resolved] Tek Care India Pvt. Ltd. / Sansui Colour Television — Not attending the complaint | |
I had taken 'Happy Care' plan of Tek Care India Pvt. Ltd. in February 2009 for my colour T.V. and washing Machine. Tek Care India Pvt. Ltd. is a service partner for Sansui. Under this plan they get your product repaired, without charging anything. I had paid Rs. 1400 for this plan. On 3rd June 2009, I registered a complaint on their customer care number for my television. They took it's chassis and kept for 8 days and returned. After 5 days the same problem occured and we registered a complaint again. From then, I have registered 5 complaints which gets cancelled automatically.Then finally, they came and took our T.V. to their workshop. Since then it's 10 days and on repeatedly calling them, they are not returning our T.V. set. Everytime they respond with sending the T.V. set within 4-5 hrs.. Still the T.V. set is with them and they are not returning it, saying that the set is under testing.It's been almost 2months since the first complaint. The original warranty on my T.V. set is still valid till November 2009. Please help me with the way out. Was this information helpful? | |
