As per your verbal commitment we have deposited the original copy of Agreement on dated 25.06.2009 duly receipt and acknowledged by you.

However till date we have not received any amount even after due follow-up with you.

Request you to kindly refund the amount of Rs. 1,00,001/- (Rs. One lac and one only) at the earliest.

Case History

Applied by my brother Mr. Gautam Bagaria, proprietor of M/s Sakti Enterprises in connection to be a franchisee of Telco Water Technology Pvt. Ltd. on 17th March 2009. Application amount of Rs. 1,00,001/- was paid through cheque.

Cheque in favour of ‘Telco Water Technology Pvt. Ltd.’ was received by Mr. G. P. Sinha (ASM) and deposited in Axis Bank for encashment on 18th March 2009. He introduced Mr. Satbir Singh (Marketing Manager) for further coordination.

An agreement provided by Telco water Technology Pvt. Ltd. (not signed yet by either party) was made dated 28th March 2009.

When we were not satisfied with the services from the said company, it was decided by the applicant not to sign the agreement and demand for the money which was given to the company at the time of application as an advance.

As per the verbal commitment from Mr. Satbir Singh, the original agreement copy was returned and duly acknowledged by him on 25th June 2009. He has committed that after submission of original copy of agreement we will release your money but found in vain.

Despite of several calls and follow-up with Mr. Satbir Singh over phone (eg. date 22.07.2009, 10.09.2009, last call 12.09.09) and visits (eg. dated 02.05.2009), letters (eg. dated 15.04.2009, 25.06.2009) by us, there is no positive response from them.
