Telemart — Sandhi Sudha oil

Hi there, I am looking for some help and advice regarding a product I have paid for from the above company based in India. I purchased the above oil online and have been waiting for the product since. I recieved a phone call from Aramex courier service a few days ago to say customs had put the order on hold and VAT needed to be paid. I have paid £75 for the oil and informed the courier company to contact Telemart as it was their responsibility to get the product delivered to me. I have been emailing telemart regarding this for the last week but they are now ignoring my emails and not responding, but my money has been taken. I would appreciate if you can provide me with some assistance in this matter.
