[Resolved]  Thane Municipal Corporation / Drinking Water — Drinking water quality bad with yellow color and soil

Hi,

I stay in Thane east near Managala highschool. society name is Shri Siddhi apartment. In front of our apartment there is small chawl with little space.
EVERYDAY IN THE MORNING I SEE A LOT OF WATER IS BEING WASTED TO CLEAN THE FLOOR. IT IS VERY DISGUSTING. THAT LADY STARTS CLEANING THE FLOOR WHICH ALREADY CLEAN FOR HALF AN HOUR. THE HEIGHT IS DURING RAINY SEASON ALSO WHEN THERE IS RAINING, SHE STILL OPENS MUNCIPALITY WATER TAP AND CLEANS!!! SO MUCH WASTAGE OF WATHER FOR NO REASON IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL. PEOPLE ARE NOT GETTING WATER FOR DRINKING AND THIS LADY IS WASTING THE WATER FOR NO REASON. PLEASE COME AND REMOVE THE CONNECTION AFTER WARNING.

I HOPE YOU WILL TAKE ACTION AGAINST THEM.

I stay in vasundhara complex at vasant vihar and we are not getting water supply of TMC water for B and C wing as both the buildings are at a higher level.

I Stay in Vasundhara complex at vasant vihar and we have to depend on TMC water tankers for drinking. Since the TMC has reduced the water presure the water does not reaches the Underground tank as the UG tank is at a higher level but still it is the responsibility of the TMC department to provide the TMC water.
This is a request to the TMC commisioner to please make a check on the water supply to our complex.From Last 6 Months our complex is paying a huge amount of tanker bills due to non supply of drinking water from TMC.

In thane east Valmiki society, Meet bunder road, water from the overflow tank is daily wasted .
Morning 07 am to 08 .30 am & evening 08pm to 09 pm, the water is been wasted, the same is in all the 10 buildings. and huge amount of water is been wasted on a daily basis .no one is ready to take action against it, we reuest you to take a strict action against it & stop wasting water, which will make useful in summer season .

There is leakage of water from the underground water pipe lines in the New MHADA Colony, near Vasant Vihar, Thane (West). Especially near Voltas Colony, water leakage is on higher side.

We are not provided with corporation water. It seems to be sewage water is mixed with drinking water here. Please do the need ful to have the corporation water.

i am the resident of ankleshwaria bldg.edulji raod, thane[w]. i had got the separate water line few years back.but recently for last four days we facing the problem of "no water at all" situation.
i want that tmc should come and check out, what wrong is there? it's to difficult to spend day without proper amount of water .in this bad summer.
please, send incharge of charai area to look upon this matter.and short out problem as soon as possible.

I am resident of Vasant vihar, there is a water leakage (wastage) at lokpuram - vasant vihar junction. 10 days back some workers were carrying out repair work. digging work was done (4 to 5 days). Water leakage is not repaired, but now road is levelled with Tar with Roler machine on top of the leakage, water is still leaking.

Dear Sir,

I am resident of Thane & staying near Risk Care Hospital.
I have noticed water leakge from underground water pipe line at two places.
one at Jondhali Baug, Near Ram Krishna Netralaya. The the leakage is from underground water pipe.
and another at Thane Station Post Office.
Every day thousand of liters of water is getting wasted.
I request you to depute your person for inspection & stop the water leakage.

I live in Vatika Chs Ghantali road thane. We have been receiving water with tadpole larve and red worms for more than a month now. Also water is smelling so bad, even after all the filtering and boiling treatments. i request TMC to look into this. We also have cleaned our water tanks twice this month and the TMC officer who investigated the water sample said there was no issue with water. However it is not consumable currently. Attaching image of the worms that we see in water. Request for immediate help as we are facing health problems.
