[Resolved]  The Electronic Store — Damaged and repaired Product Sold

I purchased Philips HSB4383 from Your Store"The Electronic Store" At Rajouri Garden, 17 Sep 2010 evening.
On 23 Sep 2010 when the Installation Guy opened the pack i was shocked to see that the Product was full of scratches and sub woffer was Damaged.This was not the product which i had seen as the product shown to me was Box packed and was new.The product sold to me has a Docket number showing it was repaired at one of the Philips service center.
I called everybody in the store but they said that i was intimated that this was a display item.This is a lie as i was sold a box packed.I told them even if it is display item, I have a repaired and superficially damaged product. I was asked to talk to philips as they cannot help me.

I have talked to every person from Ms. Neetu, Mr. Shalendra to Mr. Saurabh Banerjee.No One is picking my phone now.
I would like to strongly put across that i have been cheated and the organisation has done FRAUD with me.
Please help me as no one is willing to help me.

The Electronic Store — Hopeless Service by The Electronic Store

“The Electronic Store”, one of the consumer durable chains, is run by crooked and cheaters. I had a very bad experience with them. Recently I have purchased a LG washing machine from The Electronics Store, Pune, Aundh outlet (Bill no. 43c[protected]). Next day they delivered wrong model and unfortunately even I didn’t notice that. 2 days later my wife found that out and duly informed The Electronic Store about their mistake. Their representative came for inspection and found that our claim was true. He instructed us not to use the machine and promised that they will replace it with correct model in 2 days.
2 days later their delivery guy, Mr. Devidas, came up with another piece but there was a big crack on the top of the washing machine. He apologized for the mistake and assured us that next time he will verify the piece (washing machine) at their warehouse before bringing it. He left the defected piece at my home and took away proper piece. I didn’t object that in good faith expecting that The Electronic Store will act as a reputed consumer durable chain and will deliver the proper piece next day.
However, next day they brought another defected piece. This time they tried to camouflage the crack under the sticker. My wife, who was anyways suspecting them, immediately noticed (at the time of delivery) that, the sticker was pasted on wrong side of the machine. On close inspection she was able to see the crack which The Electronic Store people were trying to hide.
I then lost my temper and taken defected pieces (both) in my custody. I told delivery man that I will release them only when I will get appropriate piece.
Later store manager, Mr. William, called me up and told me that they don’t have another piece and offered me to purchase another model of higher range at higher price. He also threatened me on the dire consequences of keeping custody of 2 defected machines.
I have already logged an e-complaint with ICRPC (ID:[protected] and with LG, the manufacturer. (Complaint no.[protected]
By making purchase from The Electronic Store I have not only lost my mental peace and but feeling humiliated and cheated also. I have learned the lesson that I will never ever purchase anything else from this store. Anyways I will go to consumer forum with my grievances and will fight with these dishonest people.
The objective of this disclosure is to warn all mankind from such fraudsters. It’s my sincere urge to forward this mail to as many people as possible so that people will be aware of The Electronic Store deceit and will be absolved from their cunningness.

The Electronic Store — Cheating customers

I have purchased the Microwave from the dealer “the electronic store” (impact retail pvt ltd) billing address
Impact Retail Private limited
Ground Floor, C-6, C-Z and C-ZA,
Fateh Nagar, Adjacent to Aircel Store
Jail Road, Opposite - Dashniesh Hospital,
New Delhi - 110018, Ph:[protected]
The cheating began from the dealer side as soon as the whole payment was done.
Tried many times to get the proper invoice & warranty card but unable to get it from them, they are threatening … How do I go ahead ?
1. We were not informed that we are getting a display / demo product.
2. We had to accept coz we had paid the amount already & had no option to reclaim from the rude agents there.
3. The billing was not done accurately, a hand written invoice without product information is provided.
4. No warranty or guarantee card was provided stating that the invoice holds good.
5. A demo was arranged @ my premises where IFB guy came for the demo & the warranty was hand written without seal or signature.
6. I called the IFB customer care to check the product genuinely & explained the problems faced by us for opting to shop @ but no action was taken.

Can someone help me to overcome this issue?
1. I need to know if the product is genuine
2. Get the proper invoice
3. Get a genuine warranty card

Above is my personal experience with the electronic store / IFB, hence I would advise other buyers to avoid the “the electronic store”. Please don’t go to “ The Electronic Store” / IFB appliances.
