[Resolved] The Mobile Store — NON DELIVERY OF ORDER | |||
Non delivery of order Order number [protected], even after 20 days I had placed an order for Nokia model C2-02 and and micro SD card 8 GB on 6th June 2012 and payment made by my creditcard. The delivery time given in the webpage was within 4-6 days. On the very next day I have got the airway bill number of Bluedart as [protected]. When I tracked with bluedart website, it was showing as a non-valid airway bill number. I was waiting for next 2 more days, but the status on the courier website does not changed. But status in "myaccount" in the theMobilestore.com page was saying as "complete". I contacted customer care of "themobilestore" over phone and by email. But I didnot received any other replay than "it has been dispatched". They asked us to check with Bluedart. I had contacted bludart at their customer care and office at the destination city. But they clarified as it is not reached to even bluedart. I had contacted "the mobile store" again. After a lot of calls they admitted that it was not dispatched. But they committed that it will be dispatched on 12th June. But that also not happened. I was not able to get the actual status of this order, either from customer care or in "myaccount" of the webpage. Both of these are always saying that the order is completed. I really do not know, what they meant my "Completed". The ordered phone and memory card are not yet reached to the consignee till today. On 18th June, I had requested to cancel the order. When I asked for a reference number for the cancellation, they told it is not required, but the order will be cancelled on the same day itself and the refund will be done in 4-5 working days. When I contacted again on 19th June, the customer care executive was not aware of the cancellation. So I requested again for the cancellation by phone and e-mail. Till today (26th June) the refund not has been credited in my account. Whenever I contacted the customer care by phone, and they were not able to findout the actual status of my order, they committed a call back, but never made it. None of my e-mails are answered. Can anybody advice, what to do for refund of my money and compensation for the loss of time and this harassment? Do I have to proceed with police complaint or legal action against them?
