Dear Sir,

I released the payment on 19-Aug-2012 for the Insurance ID[protected], but the payment is not yet received by the company.
Please submit the slip so that payment is released to you. I have already mailed the slip to the Credit card company regarding the releasing of payment.

Hereby attached are the details of the payment I made to the Insurance company-New India Insurance.
Kindly release the payment, according to the details attached.
