Wide policy no [protected] i have taken a personal accidental policy.I met with an accident on 5th feb. 2009 and same was intimated to co within time. Isubmitted claim for above on 12 th may 2010 and explained to b.m. about delay in submission and even asked for condonation for same. Subsequently i reminded abt my clain wide my letter dated 6th aug 2010 and another by letter dated11th january 2011. In the whole of this period i didnt got any single letter of information from co or its any authorised officer. On 5 th oct i spoke to d.officer Mr Lahoti and on his call went and met Mr Joshi the claim officer. But till today nothing concrete happend all the time they say abt delay but ,more than that time had elapsed since i submitted my claim.Asked abt renewal the d.o. Mr Lahoti suggests me to change the company if not satisfied with services of co. but nothing abt my claim just saying that it is being referred to regional office . Wht if regional office rejects for this delay but who is responsible for this delay from 12 th may 2010 todate. Was this information helpful? | 
the oriental insurance co. ltd — Illegal Denial of Insurance claim
I had submitted for claim for my mobile insurance. Ref no.6734It was rejected by the insurance co.
Stating "That there was no official document to prove that it was theft"
I had submitted the Police CRF copy. Tambaram Railway Police SI
Ms. Jayalaksmi asked me not to mention in the letter as theft as it was their duty
to give the cert. as missing / theft. So I had to mention the incident as MISSING.
That was not my fault. No police will close the case for 3 month so Its put as under investigation only.
I havent got my claim form and supporting document back. Oriental Insurance is liable to pay me the claim amount
