With due respect I Shri Abhijit Chakraborty would like to draw your kind attention towards the delay of medical claim settlement and issue of cheque.
I have Oriental Insurance (Universal Health Policy) policy no.- 345500/47/2011/235 card no. BHU-OI[protected]A.
Last year my wife was hospitalised on 27th November related to frequent urination the very next day it was informded to Oriental Insurance .Her discharged certificates along with original medical bill amount to Rs 18000/= was submitted in the Oriental Insurance Office Rourkela branch on 18/12/2011 .after 7 months i.e. August onwards their TPA TTK started inquiry about the matter and after some paper works over phone I was informed that my claim settled on 07/10/2011 amount to Rs8236/=,which must have settled within 7 day as per their norms and condition and IRDA guidelines
Yet now I have not recived cheque I called several times but the only answer I got from TTK Bhubaneswar office that I have to wait and they will sent as per their convenient time due to some internal problem in issuing cheque
Henceforth I request your good self to kindly look into the matter for delay in issuing cheque,I also request you that I must get compensation amount for such delaying(nearly 1 year) service
