Dear sir,
1. This is a case against marine open policy of the oriental insurance company ltd.
2. I had submitted all the required papers, but from the year 2006 the claim is due.
3. I had gone to the consumer court, but due to delay and different jurisdiction we could not submit to the consumer court ahmedabad.
4. After submitting all the required documents still i am not getting claim. This is unfair towards me.
5. Honest and truth persons are betrayed like this.
6. There is no need of fir in this policy, then also they are asking for police report.
7. When i had taken marine open policy of rs. 50 lakhs @ premium of rs. 16, 016 / - , i used sum assured approx of rs 24 lakhs and balance of rs. 26 lakhs premium is still not issued to me.
8. Our head office is in ahmedabad and branch office in kolkata.
9. The attachment of consumer dispute redressal forum which i am sending was written in gujarati regional language but i am translating it in english and sending.
10. I am attaching all the said documents.
11. Since[protected] the letters were coming from surveyor. They delayed the process.
12. They required short / damaged certificate regarding non - delivery consignment note no. 098220 dated 13 / 07 / 2006, we have already submitted.
13. They said me that you have not lodged any complaint of theft in any police station, but that is not my work. It should have been done by the transport.
14. On the said time, we went to the branch manager but he wasn't there. If i would have met him i would have cleared all the matter. We had a tele conversation, he told your claim will be passed but i am going to get transferred and asked for bribe, i refused to give.
15. After 2009, i got transferred in ahmedabad but the agent was in regular contact.
16. Yes, i have filed an application to the oriental insurance company ltd through an advocate letter dated: 23 / 05 / 2012 and 28 / 06 / 2012 with register a. D but no answer.
17. This is a humble request to you to give back my money with interest.
