[Resolved]  The Principal, Mother's Pride School, Nr. Galleria Market, Gurgaon — refund of fees

Hey Sandeep,

Did you get the refund? I never got the refund as well. The only respite is, I have lost only Rs. 500. It has been 4 months now. Mother's Pride, Model Town branch is worse. The school is cramped and smells!! No playground and teachers all sounded dud. Wonder how people come to believe that it is the best school. I think there are certain smart kids who anyways would shine in any school and everyone else gets into the belief that it's a good school. The only thing that impressed me about the school is the stadium platform they give to children once in a year. What the hell!!

I have son 2 and a half years old. Yet to decide on the play school. Lucky for me to have read this and many more articles and complaints of the exact same type before admitting my precious one.

Any suggestions for a Good Play School in Gurgaon? If you would have had any experience, would love to hear about it.

Hey guys I disagree with your comments as my son Arhan is also studying in mothers pride school (sector 52, Gurgaon branch) i have never felt that the school is unhygenic or is unable to give the facilities promised. I heve seen a good development in my child . He is more confident and independent and loves attending his school. I[censored] are the kind of parents who value money more thn a good school wth positive environment thn there is no shortage of such schools in gurg. However motherspride is the best in gurg. I think a bunch of parents who cant afford this school tlks negitive about it. So gals its see to believe than going by remarks of such parent who cant afford this brilliant school or parents whose kids never get selected in good school will always blame the preschools like mother pride. Always remember every chid is differnt and special . So u will be doing a blunder by not selecting this school on certain false remarks and never will be able to feel the exprience of mthers pride as a play group in your child precious and early years of pre education so good luck to u all i[censored] dont select this wonderful school for your child.

I too got my kids admitted to sushant lok gurgaon branch and due to shifting we have to get the admissions cancelled 2 month back, but they have not returned the dues and also not given satisfactory answer. anshu sharma the branch manager is pathetic and irresponsible.

To all those parents who think that the school is pathetic, I wanna know if they had taken a round of the classes before getting the child in the school. You need to check everything before enrolling it. Second, if you unsatisfied dont crib over here go to customer court with your appeal.
lastly, nothing goes in words, is there any remark on the bill that the money will be refunded???

Hey there is new Truely International School Came up by the Name of GEMS International School, Truely a Global school, having schools world over. My relative's son is studying in Dubai in one of their schools and is doing pretty well all round.
Here they are coming up in Palam Vihar area...does anybody know more about it do let me know...

I totally agree with people has told about Mother's Pride Gurgaon, It is just minting money and nothing else .No development of the child .The worst part is the lady incharge Ms.Anju Bala of Ardee City doesn't know how to speak .She is so rude to children.She doesn't allow maids to open A.C for children in day care and fruits has been stopped givng to children as per diractions .Please can you just get this lady out .

this is one of the worst school i have ever seen.i request to all the parents plz don't admit your child in this school.they are just making money and doing nothing else.one of my friend was working in this school.she said that
they are doing business in place of providing quality to the children.they organize baby shows only to impress parents.shweta khanna, the counsellor of sec 52 branch, is the worst lady who smokes.what will she guide to the children, isn't it.i really felt to give her a tight slap on her face who is just destroying the future of children

I m also a mother of 2 yr. baby boy and was planning to put my son in mother's pride. I searched a lot about pre schools( around 6 month) on internet and finally decided not to put him in mother's pride.me and many of frendz hv the same thinking about mother's pride that they are nothing but the money makers.I went to mother's pride GZB last week. they were offering to get admission same day by submitting regist. amount to get deduction in fees when my child starts going to school. Isn't it look like offer what we get in BIG BAZAR. we totally planned to send our son to euro kids but
today we went to EURO KIDS and one more to visit,
Principal of EURO was nothing bt 26-27 yr girl not having a manner to speak to parents. these inexperience ladies how will they carry on to shape our precious one. however the councelor was quite intelligent, sharp and soft spoken.
that too i felt like just selling gud luking teachers. My husband did'nt like it at all.
I m also confused where to send my baby.

I am a mother of two year old baby girl and planning to put her in Mother's Pride.But, by reading the comments above I am demotivated by the same.Kindly suggest me some good play school for my daughter.I am putting up in Palam Vihar.MMI is in my mind ...any suggestions about that?

Why don't you go and see Ida Preschool in Dlf-3. The staff is really warm and doing an excellent job with kids. The school is quite spacious with child friendly classrooms.

please dont put you child in mothers pride.the whole one year was wasted.my son has not learn anything he is in formal school now but he is unable to hold pencil and color.mothers pride is totally making money not child's development they convince a lot that u have no other option.teachers are not qualified at all they recruit anyone whether educated or uneducated.the school just show offs in each and every thing. this is my personal advice to all dont put ur child in mothers pride...please trust..we have suffered but we dont want others to be...

I am asking for my refund of INR 5400 for last 3 months and there is NO response from Neerja Chawla who look after refund

Mother's Pride school is ridiculous. I do agree, but can anyone tell me one thing:- Has anyone reached to you to your complaint on this forum?
I am also father of one kid studying in Mother's Pride Sushant Lok-1 branch. I will not suggest anyone to go that branch or anywhere to be very honest.
They are such a cheap minded teachers, money looters, No-1 in mis-behave. And Attitude of teachers is worst. If you enquiry about your kids progress, you will never heard anything. If you complain about some mis-behave with your kid in school, they start revenging with kid and show off in front of you. Also they start complaining about your kid's mis-behave with other kids in class. They will make you ashemed of.
This is not a school, this is HITLER's BOARD ROOM.
Your kid will hardly learn anything. If you are rich and spend money, then your kid will get attention but no knowledge even then.
If you want to make your kid's future, don't send in Mother's Pride. Better send them in 500-100 Rs. monthly fee school. Atleast they teacH your kid education.
In Mother's Pride they make your kid whatever you can't even think about but not a good citizen or good student of school.
In school competition's too, they do partiality openly and put your kid's down because you came to them once with complaint. They know how to take REVENGE from you and your kids.

I have to visit again & again for refund of security of my ward. They will always say cheque is ready, we are tracing with whom it is lying. Sometimes I am told it is with Mr Vinay. If on any occasion Mr Vijay is available, he will cut his faces & say sorry it is not wid me today and I will send it through cab.
It is about three months past and security rfefund is pending. Moreover, all the numbers hiven in the website are not functional. Mr Vinay, who gave his number to call in case of need, never picks up the call.

I feel our association with Mothers Pride is very old and never expected such things from school of high standards.

Anyone to take a call please.
