The Professional Packers & Movers — MISSING OF CYLINDER, CEILING FAN, INSURANCE CHARGES FALSE, UNLODADING & REARRANGING NOT DONE BUT CHARGES WAS TAKEN

Sub: Regarding missing of cylinder and ceiling fan – reg.

Sir,

I am to inform that I got your service of packing moving from Delhi to Ahmedabad and for which I paid you Rs.10566/- vide IDBI cheque No.975143 dated 29.6.2009 on 29.6.2009 . When the house hold reached at my home in Ahmedabad I found that my one cylinder (Indane), one ceiling fan (Crompton Greaves) and a mat were missing. I informed you about the same on phone No.[protected] and you advised me to write a letter.

Further, I mention here that the total charges I paid was including insurance unloading and re-arranging but unloading and rearranging was not done at all at my home in Ahmedabad by you and the same was done by me at my own cost. The charges paid by me is Rs. 500+ Rs.200+ Service Tax for unloading and rearranging respectively. The amount should be refunded to me at the earliest.

While transportation my house hold goods was under insurance and for the same I had paid the charges. The following items have been badly damaged for which I ask you insurance cover charges:-

The insurance cover charges on the above mentioned items should be paid to me. And all these should be reached to my undersigned address.

After one month of writing of above letter I call the above packers & movers again and again but he is only giving assurance but not refunding the money.
