[Resolved]  The Royal Bank of Scotland N.V. — Non Received of NOC

Dear Sir/Madam,

I want to lodge a complaint against The Royal Bank of Scottland (RBS N.V.) [Formerly ABN Amro Bank] regarding Non Receipt of NOC for Credit Card Account no [protected] on which there is no due and the same is urgently required.

For this complaint the brief conversation with the banks are as:
On 27 Apr 2010, I asked them to give me NOC for the above mentioned Credit Card Account no. The concerned customer care representative assured me its receipt within 10 days and processed request by service request no [protected].
Further, on 6 May when I again informed them about non receipt of NOC by then, the representative replied that the earlier request could not be processed without giving any failure reason and again forwarded requested via SRN [protected] and assured for its receipt within 2 working days.
In this regard I myself have also visited the bank in person but the problem still as it is.
Therefore, it’s my humble request to you to do the needful at your end. Your involvement would be highly appreciated.
