[Resolved] The Royal Bank of Scotland N.V. — Wrong information entry in CIBIL. | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I was having Royal Bank of Scottland (RBS N.V.), [Formerly ABN Amro Bank] credit card in 2005. All payments are done from my side; I have record of payments to RBS N.V. bank with cheque no. in my axis bank statement. But RBS N.V. has reported outstanding in CIBIL, due which I am unable to get home loan. I called RBS N.V. on 29April 2010, customer care person’s are saying they will call back me within 2-3 days. Till date I have not received any call from RBS N.V. I added follow up 4-5 times and each time they are saying executive will call back you within 2-3 days. But I haven’t received any call yet. It’s mistake by bank, why they had added outstanding to CIBIL although I have made all payments according to credit card statement. Could you please look into this issue? And advise me accordingly.
