No communication and worst service

Hello,

I had 2 RBS salary account, linked to a single customer ID for around 3 years as my salary account.
I changed job and hence I change my salary account.

After 6 months I login online to see the balance of my account and it shows as negative. I received no communication from the bank regarding the change in bank type from salary to a normal saving account.

They had my mobile number,...

harassment and threatening

I have taken personal loan in The Royal Bank of Scotland N.V. After taking the loan I have paid regularly to the bank. After some time, in the year 2008 I got sudden heart attack and was undergone treatment for few days and my business was also running under losses. Although I was in the hospital I am with good principles and ethics, contacted all the bank officials and requested for one time settlement option....

Wrong information entry in CIBIL.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I was having Royal Bank of Scottland (RBS N.V.), [Formerly ABN Amro Bank] credit card in 2005.
All payments are done from my side; I have record of payments to RBS N.V. bank with cheque no. in my axis bank statement. But RBS N.V. has reported outstanding in CIBIL, due which I am unable to get home loan.
I called RBS N.V. on 29April 2010, customer care person’s are saying they will call back me...
