[Resolved] The Times Of India Hyderabad — Non delivery of subscribed issue | |||
I had subscribed 12 months Times of India newspaper on the 23 april July 2012 and the issue was suppose to begun from the 1sh of May 2012. Residing at vivekanandnagar kukatpally,Hyderabad. Till dated not received a single news paper. Receipt No: 317303 and 380753. So many times I approached customer care but no response,, some times the told me there is no subscriptions for the receipt.. some times they told me subscription is there and issue will be resolved. till dated.. so many times I called Boy ( sreekant: mob: [protected]) who collected money from me..i hear and surprised that they are delivering every day to me.. I asked him for any proof of delivery then he just escaped.. Very very bad experience with Corrupt ant cheater times group who cheating peoples.. Was this information helpful? | |||

Times Of India — non delivery of subscribed issue
I had subscribed six months Times of India newspaper on the 27th July 2011 and the issue was suppose to begun from the 16th of August 2011.Presently residing in chanda nagar,Hyderabad. However on not receiving the newspaper till the 17th, I called up Times of India (Hyderabad) where my call was diverted to Mr. Kishore who assured me that the issue would start the next day for sure. On not getting the issue next day, I decided to wait for another day. Still there was no issue of the newspaper. On calling up the next time they diverted my call to one Mr. Shravan who repeatedly assured me of getting the paper on next day . This went on and nobody was ready to give me a clear explanation on the issue.I spoke to customer care,Hyderabad again and again who assured that my subscription would be issued fromt the next day for sure. Now its been almost a month and still there is no news from Times of India. I had taken up a 6 month subscription and I have not been getting the newpaper.
