[Resolved]  Times Of India — Subscription refund pending for more than two months

Dear All
I have waited a long time of more than 45 days as per your email.Furthermore I have been speaking with your Kandi vli CRM staff(Sonia, Akaksha, Mayuri etc)and Tulip Raut Madam etc only to be given assurance and buying time of furthermore few days, 5 days and 10-15 days thru email, watsapp etc.Now its almost 2 months since 9 th March of your first commitment.Only reply l get is it is pending with Finance department. How much days it takes to refund an amount of Rs.1749.l paid it with in minutes you take 2 months and only diplomatic answers. All the time had to ho throughlot of mental agony and sleepless nights.If my refund is not possible l am helpless and have no other option but to go to consumer court and initiate legal action against you and the onus will be on you all .l am a retired pensioner and this amount makes a lot to me.
