[Resolved]  The Times Of India — subscribed news paper for one year paying Rs 299. but no response after collecting the cheque

i had subscribed for times of india, one year subscribtion paying Rs 299 by cheque to a representative of TOI on first week of june. they told of delivering the paper from july 1. But till now no response from the vendor side. the customer care phone is always ringing but no response for mail too. my booking details are as follows. S Arunachalam.
