India Today — NON RECEIPT OF ISSUES AND GIFT IN SPITE OF RENEWAL OF SUBSCRIPTION
I had renewed my subscription for India Today during March 2009. My subscription number is: ITE1727539.I have also received a letter dated 10/03/2009 acknowledging the receipt of the renewal amount and stating that the subscription is valid till 29/03/2010.
Recently, I received a letter stating that the subscription will expire soon and asking for renewal. I am surprised to receive the above letter.
In the meanwhile, I noticed that I have not received the issues of India Today for the past three weeks. The last issue received by me was the one dated 20th April 2009.
I have also not received the gift promissed for early renewal.
I had subscribed the magazine “ WEEK” for one year and paid Rs.599/- vide subscriber no. 1286637. As per confirmation received, the delivery was to commence with issue dated 25.10.09. However I received the first issue dated 22.11.09. After that I received one more issue dated 29.11.09. Further issues dated 6.12.09, 13.12.09 have not been received till date. Now even issue dated 20.12.09 has become due.
I sent the mails on 28.11.09 and 9.12.09 on their mail ID [protected]@mm.co.in which have not been replied .
I requested in my mail dated 9.12.09 to refund the amount by deducting price of two issues as I am not interested in this type of subscription when delivery is not at all being done or if to be done in future, it will be of no use . I have already bought the missing issues of magazine from market.
I request to take up the matter with the company for refund of my subscription amount.

Good Homes & The Week — Non Delivery Of Magazines even after Subscription Fee being Paid
I am Paurav Mehta resident of mumbai city .I have a subscription of 2 magazines The Week & Good homes I paid there subsciption fee of Rs 499 for The Week & Rs 600 for Good Homes through cheques noFor The Week cheque no[protected] Dated - 28/04/2010 of HDFC Bank amounting Rs 499

the cheques were cleared with in a week of issue of the cheques but i have not received any magzines for last 2 months from any of these vendors .It is very disappointing to know that brand like these also cannot service clients properly to top it up when i tried getting in touch with their customer service department no proper reply was received from there end after getting frustrated from all these problem as a consumer i fail to understand where a consumer should go so he can be heard ...
Such reputed brands also dont take care of there consumers .I want justice to happen and my services to be started again & the issues i havent received for last 2 months to be sent to my address
My subscriber ID is 63147407. I had instructed to change my address for deliverying my WEEK magazine to 503, C-3 Kohinoor Moraj Residency, Kasturi CHS Palm Beach Road. Sanpada Vashi Navi Mumbai 400 705. I regret to state that I am not regularly receiving the magazines including Tell Me Why. June subscription of T M W was dropped at my old address at Wadal. Your delivery boy drops the magazine in post box at the bottom of my building, unlike that of my Wadala address.The delivery boy was obtaining
aknowledgement from us. Please take the cognizance of the lapse and send the copies of Tell Me Why for the month of MAY and JULY 2010.

India Today English Magazine subscription — Not getting the issues
I had subsribed for India Today English Magazine in May. Even after two months I wrote to them saying am not getting the issues and to send the same to another address. They have confirmed my address.. Later I had received 3 couriers sending me the old issues and with promises that i will start getting the issues regularly. But am still waiting for them to keep their promise. It's now going to be a year.Subscription Number: ITE1858434 or Case Id 2222872
