I booked below e-ticket from ur website on 25 feb 2010 for mumbai indian match on 13 march 2010.
still i have not received ticktes, i have chosed courier option.
several time i have mail on <[protected]@ticketgenie.in> but no response.
i have also not airway bill number from ur side ???
attached is my order detail.

both ur tel number (Tel: +[protected] and +[protected] post on website are not operational, i tried sevral time they are not working.

kindly look into there matter and revert back ASAP.
i should recd latest by today.

Sir, I had Booked four Tickets on 23/02/2010 on ticketgenie portal. I have not received my tickets yet. Nor are their helplines working to address my query. Considering its the official website to book tickets for IPL. I have spent huge some of money, I am unsure whether this guys are genuine. I have booked tickets for Mumbai vs Bangalore Game which is scheduled on 20th of March. I am still awaiting reply, I anyone can help in this situation he will be saviour.

Sir I booked tickets on 28/02/2010 for he match of DD vs RR on 15/03/2010 in Ahmedabad buy ticketgenie.in & I paid them thrugh icici credit card. But still i have not received the tickets. Can u do something in this.

I had placed order for DLF IPL tickets for the CSK vs Punjab match in Chennai on the 21st of March. I booked the tickets online a week back. Inspite of them sending me an sms that the tickets would be sent through courier, I have not received them. NO MAILS TO THE MENTIONED EMAIL ADDRESS ARE ANSWERED.
Pls do somethign about this.

I understand the problem that we were facing (including me) when we didnt get the tickets for match. I had booked for the Kolkata and Chennai match at Eden Gardens on 16th march. I too booked on website and gave the courier option fearing the problem for redemption. But since i didnt get the tickets, i decided to go to the redemption center (at kolkata its mohammedan sporting club). There to my surprise, we found many of the couriered tickets lying with the counter guy. So just submit some photo id copy and get your tickets...

We had come to know that the courier agency is not participating actively and the website is getting a bad name. I was told that the ticketgenie is a very big ticket selling website...

I just spoke to them and they said, 2marrow i will be getting the tickets for 18th March match as they will be dispatching today.

Yes, try calling[protected]. Its reachable, and ur queries are answered. Thankfully I got my tickets today, for the match to be held tomorrow. Gosh...this was close ! I'll have to think twice and think again before going for this online purchase again.

I have also booked 3 IPL tkts of 3000 each on 8th march thru their website www.ticketgenie.in for the match which is in Mumbai on 22nd March. Till now I haven't received the tickets. Their phone number seems to be non operational. I am totally frustrated. I am going to take them to consumer court if I don't receive my tickets.

Sandhya...Call up on [protected](Abhijeet) for mumbai match tickets. He will help you with your tickets. I got yesterday mine for 20th match. I think they send you exactly 3 days before not earlier.

Ticketgenie India Pvt. ltd / tickets — Tickets not delivered

We have booked 3 tickets for the IPL match in Kolkata, Eden Gardens on dated 12.03.2010 for the match between KKR and DD. but till now they have not sent me the tkts. They are also not responding to mails and hotline calls. I have seen different site & blogs where many people are facing problems like me.

This reflects the this company is a fraud.

I have made 2 transactions (Ref #58782 and 58663) on 23/02/2010 and chose Courier options. Now just fearing if at all the tickets are going to reach in time. There is no response from [protected]@ticketgenie.in or +[protected]. What is the best way to confirm that I would be receiving my tickets on time? I am absolutely having no clue. Even the number[protected] seemed busy everytime I attempt. Please help. I purchased the tickets for KingsXI Punjab vs KKR match scheduled on 4th April, 2010.

this is to bring to your kind notice that we had placed order for 3 DLF IPL 2tickets worth Rs500/each
for the upcoming match on 7th April, 2010 at Kolkata. the order was placed online on 12/03/2010 for 2 tickets. the mode of payment was through Deutsche Bank credit card.

SIr, these people had intimated that the tickets will be delivered 2 days prior to the match. But it is really disturbing for us that we have not received any ticket till now in against of 2 tickets . And sir by repetitive emails and we called but they are not answered(switch off there phone No. for our query from their end
So sir it is a humble request to you that as we are short of time we want this matte to be sorted out at priority basics . my mbl no.is [protected]

I had booked 9 tickets online for the match on 8th April. I did not take the courier option and hence went to the stadium directly to collect the tickets. When i produced the e-tickets in replacement for the entry ticket, to my surprise they said my ticket has been cancelled. This is very disappointing because i have the booking confirmation and my credit card statement says very clearly that the money is through. They are unable to give me any confirmation on paper saying that my ticket is cancelled by them. This us unbelievable. The laws of our government are so relaxed that these guys are able to do such things and still get away. Iam not sure whats going to happen to my money.
If this has happened to anybody, please keep in touch.
Please do not pick tickets online through ticketgenie, it is not worth all the stress.
