Vendor does not deliver newpaper regulary. As there is monopoly system of distribution, the vendor does not listen to complaints and full money is to be paid every month with excess charges.
The bvendor is not accepting the paid coupons of annual subscription of MINT new papaer, nor the company is willing to refund the money.
There is immediate need of setting up newspaper shops as an alternate to the monopoly vendor delivery ststem.
