I am Theivamani Vasanthan working as a Assistant Engineering Manager in L & T Manappakkam, Chennai – 89. One of your person Manikandan Mobile No. [protected] has took the order (Order Number NAB 025472 ; PRE Code : CR 0430; Vendor Code: C )on 25.02.2009 for provide the Times of India for one year. Still I didn’t get. I called him for many time he request to send the address to his mobile again and again I had sent my address to his mobile still no response from him. Not only for me one of my friend colleague also facing the same problem. and also i had sent the mail to crm.[protected]@timesgroup.com customer care on October 2009. still they didn't care about it.. I have paid the yearly subcription for TOI newspaper on 02/08/09. I have been regularly getting my news paper daily withour fail. My order no. is 006910.
I have now shifted my residence from Abhiramapuram to Kotturpuram on the 12/12/09. I rang up the help line and given my new address for the delivery of newspaper.
