TOI represenstative Mr. Karthik[protected] received cheque for 1 year subscription (ref no. NAF 019647) and paperman informed the scheme is over. Its about 6 months of service provided as against the 1year offer scheme. When contacted the person in charge for complaints Mr. Sasi Kumar[protected] refused to intervene and said its not his job as its not under his area. When requested to give the contact person as his name only given in the form, he spoke in a rude manner saying "Dont i have any other work to do apart from searching numbers for you?" While the paper may boast of "World's Largest English Daily" the administration and representatives attitude and approach to consumers are of very poor quaility. Was this information helpful? | |||
