[Resolved] Times Of India — Delay in Subscription | |||
My Times of India subscription order number is IAA 004729. I have subscribed for the Times Of India newspaper on 5th October 2010, on the statement of the agent that the paper will be issued from the first week of December. So far, there has not been any relevant information given to me by the agent and the 'BENNETT,COLEMAN AND CO LTD' regarding the delay. Moreover, the queries regarding the delay are now left unattended.The telephone no given in the pamlet is also not attended. Was this information helpful? | |||

I accepted there may be delay on the first day of delivery. However, today till now 12.30 the paper is
not supplied. Upon a telephonic complaint at 8.30 a.m. today (over phone 4201222) I was told that
it would be supplied within 3 hours. I wonder how the company is going to survive at coimbatore
where we want to read newspaper at max. 8 a.m. If it continues, I may have no other option than
taking up with Consumer Council for remedy.
