Times Of India Group — Non issue of Voucher

The Agent of the times of India collected Rs.299/- from me on 03.03.2012 as advance Annual Subscription for Times of India newspaper for one year from 01.04.2012 and issued an Order Cum Receipt No.NAL 048945 and informed me that I will get a Voucher from Times of India office by post and it has to be handed over to the paper agent. So far no Voucher has been received by me. When I contacted him by phone, he asked me to report to your office. When your Office was contacted, there was no response.Please send the Voucher immediately.

Times of India Group — Non-Delivery of Draw

I got a call somewhere around 26th of Oct from Times of India Group that i had won a lucky draw which is going on for 60 Lakhs. They are supposed to send me a pair of Nike Shoes some Shopping coupons and some CD's, for all this they are charging Rs. 2249/= . As they have the option of paying it by installments i opted for that option, they charged me Rs. 1049/= as the first installment and told me that they will deliver the coupons and other gifts via courier in 8-10 working days but till date i didn't got any of the gifts. I can prove the charge by my credit card statement. And now when i am calling those people they are saying that they are not having any records of name or my credit card.
