[Resolved]  Times Of India — News paper 6 month Scheme

I had subscribed for 6 month scheme and paid Rs 175/- through order form cum receipt no 169781and 186281 to Mr. Satish Kumar (Vendor ID - V06643) on date[protected]. He said paper wills start from[protected] but I have not received a single copy of newspaper yet.
and to my surprise I do not have any contact no so that I can lodge a complaint for the same.

TOI is such a big newspaper, they wont get affected if few people like us will go away from subscription.
If somebody have any contact no for complaint,please reply.
