Times Of India — Not Receiving Newspaper-from 2 months

Sir/Madam,

I would like to inform you that I have taken a subscription of TOI newspaper "Dhamaka Offer" for 6 months dated 01.05.2008 having Receipt No "26064".
I changed my address after 2 months. Later I informed TOI authority my new address and then they updated in the system and again gave me a new Receipt no for future communications as "30655"
After That till this moment I contacted them around 20-25 times and each time they say they will do it and will never do it. I am still not getting any newspaper.
This is not the question of money, Its the question of time and my inconvenience. Probably if they had regretted earlier i would have gone for new service.

Note: If my problem will not be solved within 7 working days from now. I will file a case against bad service and fake promises.

I am also facing the same problem. It seems that no one looks into the complaints posted here. Is this site is fake???

Times Of India — not received for 1 month

Dear Sir,
I reside in Adambakkam,Chennai-600088.I have been receiving Times of India regularly as I used to subscribe for a year.He first requested me to be patient for a couple of days as he was not well,but ultimately it is one month since he delivered news paper to us.Kindly look into the matter & do the needful.

7 months back I have subscribed for Times Of India News Paper for 6 months and completed the time period. Again one month back I have paid the amount for Times of India news paper & I received for 2 weeks only. Later I am not receiving any paper (since 2 weeks), if I called the concern person they replying as they will check it. But still no proper response. And in first 6 months also I didn't received paper for a week.
