Times Of India Newspaper — LOCAL NEWS AGENCY REFUSING TO SUPPLY

WE HAVE BEEN TAKING YOUR NEWSPAPER FROM SHUBHAM AGENCIES, U-BLOCK, PH3, DLF CITY FOR SEVERAL YEARS NOW. THE AGENCY PERIODICALLY OVERCHARGES BY ACCUMULATING BILLS OVER 3 MONTHS AT A TIME. THEY HAVE BEEN PAID IN FULL INCLUDING EXCESS CHARGES. BUT NOW THEY ARE REFUSING TO SUPPLY THJE NEWSPAPER AND IT APPEARS TRYING TO TEACH US A LESSON FOR PROTESTING THE OVERCHARGING.

Us too.He hasn't given us the bill for 4 months now and delivers the papers much after 9 A.M.!!!

I too face a similar problem with the vendor. He is Mr. Shabbir in Bhendi Bazaar, Mumbai -400003 area. I had told him that I need time to think on the subcription. After a thought I went to him with the cheque for subcribing the TOI and Economic Times combined subscription. But refuse to start the subscription saying that I cant start it again after discontinuing. I would request the appropriate TOI manager to intervene and help me out of this bullying situation and subcribe me the paper. thanks in advance.
