my order no is nai28397 for annual subscription of times of india newspaper but so far paper is not delivered to me for a long and my several calls and mail went unresponded.am i required to move the consumer forum please.

times of india news paper — NOn Delivery

Non delivery of paper for past 15 days. Innumerable complaints in vain.A prestigious media group, bu unfortunately horrible accountability. My order No NAD013307. please prove me wrong

I am Thirumani([protected]) from Vaishnavi Nagar, Avadi i have paid for annual subscription with the deal of distribution of paper from 16.07.2012. But till today i am not getting the paper. Repeated phone calls and e-mail reminder no action has been take from your end. these type of response would be affect your credibility only. Please let us know whether I can get the paper or not.
