I'm staying in an Apartment in HSR 1st sector, Bangalore.

I am geting twice the bill.
when i asked about the bill, he rudely behaved and stopped the news paper the next day.
his agency name ganapathi agency prop name: chandrashekar.

Times of india paper — non delivery of for last one week

i am subscriber of times Chennai edition since the time of its introduction in Chennai,order no 2058416.for the last one week paper is not delivered at my address, first floor T G Maria flats, 30-A Padmavathy Nagar Extn, Madambakkam,Chennai-73 mobile no [protected].also, i am not able to trace correct vendor who takes care of my area for time of India paper.pse, kindly take note and arrange to deliver the news paper.thanks

I am a founder Member of TIMES OF INDIA and subcribe paper vide ch no 26911420 dated 26.03.2008 and vide ch no 36 on 19/03/2009. for the last two years they send remainder for renewal and i send my cheque direct to office and they send 12 coupen . this year i directly paid to the AGENT . They gave receipts with out any address details and name of the AGENT and till date not deliverd the coupen
The Main Complaint is the AGENT not delivered the paper daily.some time paper was not delivered 3 to 4 days. i have not received paper for 22 & 23 rd July 2010.When i contact through Cell, it always off and no response.

Times Of India — non delivery of paper by agent

I have been a subscriber of TOI paper for the last two years since their launch in Chennai. In the last week of JULY 2010 suddenly, without citing any reason we stopped receiving our morning Paper.
I made few calls and found that the agent Mr Veerasamy in selaiyur area has changed and the new agent is Mr Ravi. I contacted Mr Ravi on his mobile however found following :

- He has no knowledge of the modus operandi of subscription....He asked me if i have given the monthly voucher to the delivey person !! (The monthly coupon was only for one year..Ist year thereafter the annual receipt is enough)

- Even though a monthly coupon is required, it is the duty of the Agent to collect from customer and not the other way round....Shold the coustomer need to go to Mr RAVI's house to submit the Coupon ??????

- The way Mr Ravi responded..it appeared that the TOI doesn't need us anymore when i decided to subscribe to another Newspaper.....THE HINDU.

My suggestion to TOI would be
- Pls train your agents and ensure effective customer service...Appointing an...any agent should NOT be ONLY a commercial decision..
- I am just one of the customers who complained....rest are moving to other Newspapers with better service......

Complaint lodged. Number 65512 dt 16/11/2012.
No action being taken.
