[Resolved]  Times Of India — Non Issuance of valid newspaper bill

This is to inform that I have been a regular subscriber of times of India English newspaper for the last 3 years. Till date I have never received a valid and printed newspaper bill from the newspaper company. I questioned the same to my paper boy and he helped me in contacting some so called officials of times of India who were the City/Regional Heads. Even they spoke very rudely and when I was hell-bent on receiving a bill, they told me that I get the same. Its been now 3 years and did not receive a bill for the same. My paper boy says that he is helpless as he is not given the bill and hence cannot provide us. This is a serious concern as it can cause a lot of financial loss to the ex-chequer.
