I bought a LG bluray home theatre on 7th february 2011 from timtara.com Order Id: 10186075

They kept on giving me assurances that they will deliver the product within time line the mentioned (10-15 days)

They didnt ship the product on time they kept on giving false assurances they asked 3 more extensions and now it has been almost a month since i made the payment via ccavenue

I ONLY MADE THE PAYMENT BECAUSE CCAVENUE IS TRUSTED all over india

I want consumer complaints to look into this matter and get my money back

I am very much relied on u please please get my money back
