[Resolved] Timtara.com — No Delivery No Refund

I have placed order online on TIMTARA.COM Order #10329024 for CASIO Women Watch LTP-1295-7C2DR (A446) Total: Rs. 1,826 on Order Date:[protected] @ 12:22 PM after 4 to 5 days I inquired for the delivery at customer care support no[protected] I was told to wait for 15 to 20 days for the delivery.After waiting for 20 every day i am calling the customer care they are giving the same reply order is marked as Awaiting Shipment and you receive it very soon.
Then on 7th Dec.2012 I asked them to cancel the order & refund the amount but no one replying.

when I checked product status on site.This order is marked as "Awaiting Shipment"

I have called so many times & spent so much but stil response.

I wrote lots of mail but no reply.
Kindly help me in getting the refund my deposited amount.
