Sir/Madam,
I have purchased a mobile phone, Micromax A110 superfone Canvas 2 , from timtara.com on 12 Dec,2012.
The details of which are as follows-

Order Date: 12th Dec 2012 03:46 pm
Payment Mode: Debit Card
Amount Paid- RS-9091/-
Till date i haven't received my order.
Even the status of order is 'AWAITING SHIPMENT'.
I don't know why they people are not shipping my product, even after such a long time.
I have called many times to customer care, but they are not giving any satisfactory answer.
I have also made a complain with their customer care, the complain no is- 62634.
I have also mailed/register my complain on timtara.com site, but that is also not working. They are even NOT REPLYING for any query or problem.
As i have waited enough for my product, and have made enough calls and mails to timtara.com but that is not at all working in any sense.
I have also registered my complain with CONSUMER HELPLINE. Complain No of the same is- 428486.
