As you can see I have placed my order on 20th February. Till now I have received no response whatsoever from the seller. When I call their customercare they simple talk for a minute and tell that the product will be dispatched immediately and then then hang up the phone. When I call back nobody picks up. I have also sent a few mails but no reply to that also. Please help and take strict action against timtara.com .Many unhappy consumers out there !

Non-delivery of product
Today is the 9th Feb 2012 and I still haven't received the order. It has been 55 days since I had ordered the product. Every time I would call them, they would say that the product would be delivered the next week, but that never happens. It is so difficult to even get connected to a person on the helpline. The payment was cleared the next day itself. However, the status on their website still shows AWAITING SHIPMENT. I am absolutely not sure whats happening here or if I have drained the money. Please help...!!

My order no. is #10299544.I have ordered a micromax a56 mobile from Timtara.com website on 31st July and made the payment of Rs. via debit card. The delivery time was 3 weeks but they didn't deliver the product within the given timeline. I am calling them every alternate day and none of their senior executives are attending my call. Neither are they providing any solution nor are they dispatching my product.

I have booked an order Dt.[protected] for Micromax A110 Mobile phone from timtara.com, the delivery period mentioned was 3 weeks, but till today I have not received the product.

The customer care service is so poor that these representative don't give you any reply other than to wait for few days ranging from 3 days to 7 days. The online complaint portal is so efficient that they don't think its their resposibility to answer the complaint queries of the customer.

Regular contacting to the given coustomer care numbers are really irritating.

Please do not buy from Timtara.com, the service provided by its Customer Care representative is great to get irritate and pinch your hairs with a repeated question why I purchase from Timtara.com.

I had also online purchase from Timtara.com on[protected] and the service is superfast as forget the delivery, I even awaiting the response to my complaints from their shopping portal.

I am seriously thinking to file a consumer complaint in consumer court for Timtara.com's great consumer services.

Need to get together to fight with such cheat company
