Timtara.com — product not Delivered, refund not confirmed

I ordered mobile Sony Xperia Tipo on 12.12.2012 in www.Timtara.com website. payment made on 12.12.2012 of Rs. 7,999/- through Net Banking. They said that delivery with in 3 weeks. I am not received the product till now. I asked those people if product not available please refund the entire money. i raised a cancellation ticket also through their website and mailed the same issue to their concerned persons but they are not responding to my problem.
