[Resolved]  Timtara — online purchase fraud

i purchased a philips SBCHC8440 FM wireless headphone for rs.3130.46 from timtara site on 11.10.2011.i received an email saying that the product is awaiting shipping.after 3 weeks i foundd that the product was still not shipped.when mailed them timtara people said that the product was not available.after that they have not responded to my mails.i have asked them to send another product of that price range or refund my money for which there is no response from them.i can send their e mail statements regarding these facts.please take urgent action for these online frauds.dr .shaji jacob,consultant neonatologist,cooperative hospital,irinjalakuda.phone [protected].email.[protected]@gmail.com
