Timtara — Order not delivered

I purchased audio system from Timtara.com on 13-March-2012. As per site it should be delivered to me with in 2 weeks. Now its more than 4 weeks no replies from Timtara. There customer care number never works. Neither they respond to emails.

I have paid through Credit card at the time of ordering the Audio system.

It has been over a month and the order has not been delivered yet. i took a good margin of days as it was intended to be a gift on someones birthday. order number 10195957. the birthday was 15 days before of the complaint and still have not got the order. what shall i do??

Same thing I hv gone through...its almost a month now i had ordered a Prestige Sandwich Maker from Timtara.com on 3/3/2012...after three days i got an email from timtara abt the status of my order...AWAITING SHIPMENT...TILL NOW I HV NOT RCVD THE ITEM ...ALSO THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL FROM TIMTARA REGARDING IT... I M TRYING CALLING THEM THE PHONE LINE IS NOT CONNECTING...IF AT ALL IT CONNECTS AND BELL RINGS...NO ONE WILL PICK UP THE PHONE OR THEY WILL DISCONNECT THE THE CALL WITHOUT PICKING UP ...AND THE MOBILE NUMBER WHICH THEY HAVE GIVEN...FOR ORDERING YESTERDAY I CALLED THE BELL RANG 3-4 TIMES THEN THE PHN WAS SWITCHED OFF...TILL NOW ITS IN SWITCHED OFF MODE...I HAVE GIVEN SO MANY COMPLAINTS EMAIL ON THEIR WEBSITE BUT STILL NO COMMUNICATION FROM THEM. VERY BAD SERVICE. NEXT TIME I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE NOR WILL I LET ANYBODY FROM MY FAMILY OR FRIEND TO BUY FROM THIS TIMTARA.COM.

On their Website , it is mentioned the product to be delivered in 21 days. I ordered the product with order #10356178 on 19th Nov 2012, i have attached the screen shot for same having order # and ordered date. Its now 1 month today and the product is still not delivered and still it is Awating Shipment, which means it will take some more days to be delivered.
Same happened with me 2 years back when i ordered Camera on 28th Dec 2010 (Order#[protected], it was not delivered in three weeks and i submitted complaints 2 years back too. After lot of apologies from their side, still they have not changed and not learned from their mistakes. I dont know how they mentioned on their site that its a number 1 rated for your experience, i think they are fake compliments on their website.
I called their customer care today for this issue that when it is going to be delivered and they dint have any answer.
I will Recommened not to buy anything from Timtara if you need it urgently but if you can wait for 1-2 months for the order to be delivered then you can buy.
Last time after posting the complaint i got my ordered delivered the same day, lets see what happens this time, my purpose of this complaint is that my order will be delivered soon and also to warn others after this teriible experience
