Timtara — Refund pending

I booked an order for a Nikon S3300 Camera from Timtara on April 11, 2012. My order number was 10234826 and the cost of the camera was Rs. 6210/-.
When I booked my order, I was assured by company executives that it will be delivered within 3 weeks. But actually it did not come within that time. Then, after many email and telephone calls my order was delivered to me, but I didn’t receive it as I had shifted to some other place.
After that,the company cancelled my order. I came to know about that when I checked my order status on Timtara website. Till that date, I am still waiting for a refund of my money, but it has not been granted to me till now.
Regarding the matter, I contacted their customer care executives, but still my issue remained unsolved.
