I had applied for pan card on dated 28th of july 2009, By the name Girraj Singh Bhati but by mistake my name got changed to Girraj singh from Girraj Singh Bhati. I had enclosed my ration card copy in which my name is girraj singh bhati. My requist is that kindly correct my name and issue it to me as soon as possible.I will be gratefull to you

sir on 9.08.09 i have recived a sms from ur department thatPAN alloted to me is CJCPS5772G WILL BE dispatched but till date i can recive the same so plz tell me the status .i can submit the pan card to my office.i shall be very thankful to u for this act of kindness

I the above applicant, have received the PAN in the month of May 2009 from the NSDL office. But after two month i.e in the month of August 24th, I lost my PAN Card and I even haven't its photocopy with me. My PAN is ABIPI6421Q. Therefore kindly issue me the second copy of my PAN, I agree all the terms and conditions to obtain it as I facing the difficulties. Or kindly tell me the procedure to obtain the same from the NSDL office.

Kindly guide me in this matter.
