[Resolved]  Tommy Hilfiger — CHEAP QUALITY WATCHES AND POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE

Me Sourabh Kochar resident of Faridabad purchased a new Tommy Hilfiger Watch from Ansal Plaza , South Ex. on[protected] worth Rs.7995-

I got hurt when the watch stopped working properly only after 2 months of purchase. I called up Store Manager and told him the exact position. They repaired the watch and returned it to me confirming it will not bother me again.

Opposite my hopes, I received a setback when the watch again started troubling me.

I called them again and they told me to go to FINE SALES , G-46 Crown Interior Mall, Faridabad and explain the matter. On[protected] I gave them the watch and got the promise that the matter will be resolved at the earliest. After few days after the follow up I got to know that Tommy Hilfiger have issued me a coupon against which I can get any watch upto the purchase amount. I asked Fine sales to get me the same model new piece which they did not had in stock. Other than this they did not had any options in the same range. The things got WORSE when they ( Mr. Subhra ) even refused to use this coupon at any other store in India.
They used the Harsh and Abusive Language and made the situation even more Worse. ( RECEIPT NO. TH10227 )
When I asked them to amaekabally resolve the matter else I have to move to the Consumer Court for the cheating done by the company.

Kindly look into the matter and allow me to use this coupon at any Tommy store OR get the same model new watch.

Tommy Hilfiger — Bad Service & Bad products

I bought a Tommy Hilfigure Laptop bag 6 months ago and within 3-4 months it got worn off badly. When I went to the Tommy outlet in Ambience mall, Gurgaon they clearly told me that since you didnt buy it from our outlet, we cant get it repaired. Also they said that Tommy just sells the bags, it doesnt repair them. I still insisted on them getting it repaired. It has been more than 10 days that they have kept my bag but i have not heard from them, neither do they revert on the phone.
I have bought various other companies bags e.g Aldo/ Hidesign and all these companies have shown a prompt response in taking care of the manufacturing defects.
Must say I will never ever buy any Tommy product, niwther will any of my family or friends buy any of the TOMMY products.
