[Resolved]  Torrent Power Agra — improper power supply and then asking minimum usage of electricity units

sir

at the cost of maintaince they are cutting power supply for 3-4 hrs on an average every day.


i am having a manufacturing unit and connection of 30 hp . the power cuts are usually during working hrs. more then 2-3 hrs per days, and after that the company is sending the bill for the minimum usage .

jst tel me how can i use my units to minimum level when there is no power supply during working hr.

the condition has worsen since the arrival of torrent power

we are mostly running our industry on generators, which is increasing our cost of production

the cstomer care is neother giving email id of senior official and nor doing soemhting in this regard , so that we can meet them and look fior some solution

Power corporation UP — No power supply more than 30 min in a day

I am living in village Dharampur, Distt: Bulandshahr(Uttar Pradesh).
There is power supply only for 20-25 minutes in a day in rural area.You can easily imagine the situation of student in these types of area. they are only prividing monthly bills for farmers but they are not able to prepare their crop because lack of water. They also never distributes bills in proper maner. just go and give bills on a shop, shopkeeper uses that bills to distribute eateing items in villages.I also discussed it many times in their department located at Dibai, clerk person says "Bill ki jaroorat bnahi hain, pichhli rasid se hi kaam chal jayega, usi ko har mahine aa aya karo".

It has been more than 30 hours continous that there is no electricity in a particular area of vijaynagar in agra.
At calling up the customer care they r not ready to tell the problem n when it will b resolved.
Apart from this there are power cuts for 7-8 hrs in a day a lot of times.
How long are we going to suffer in such a condition.

I am located in Agra and my connection no. is 4045648. We are paying our bills regularly. However today some people from Torrent Power came into our flat by force and behaved very rudely and asked whether we are paying regularly. They treated us like thieves. They asked my wife about the latest bill but she didn't have it as I had taken it for making the payment. If Torrent continues to send such people for no rhyme or reason and starts harassing the customers then we will have no option but to approach the police for help in shutting down Torrent Power.

In front of our Factory ( M/S Agra Chains Pvt. Ltd., Plot No. 132, Industrial Estate, Nunhai, Agra-6.)

ONE Iron Electric pole is getting touched to the ground with LIVE electrical line on it. This pole got rusted at the ground level and have no support to it. The LIVE and open electrical wire are routed two sides of it along with one street light on it. The exegetical wires are just going to touch to the ground.This Electric Pole can fallen any movement on the public / vehicle moving on the road going to residential area ( Prakash Nagar, NUNHAI, AGRA ). It can cause the human life loss and damage to the property.

PL treat this very urgent for the shake of HUMAN LIFE.

I had complained about wrong meter reading taken by Torrents employees...after following up for 1 month the person comes and takes away th correct reading and tells me that the problem will be rectified. But whe the assessed bill comes they write down the same wrong reading in that and mention that the meter is wrong.
When i approached the service center they too sing the same song that the meter is wrong and i shoud get it changed whereas for the wrong reading they are not doing anything and are asking me to pay for it.

The wrong reading is 10 times higher than what the actual one should be...how can i pay for such a mishap done by torrents emoployees..

CAN ABYONE TELL ME WHAT IS THE NEXT LEVEL OF COMPLAINT? where else can i ESCALATE this issue?????

Sir, My Connection No. Is 22263. I have paid minimum bill of my connection for the last five months.Your meter reader employee take the reading of my meter every month but i have not received actual reading of my meter.so that i have'nt paid the actual reading bill.so kindly take the neccessory action.

Electrical Power Supply — Improper Electricity Bills

I am a lawful consumer of EDD-II, PVVN Ltd.,having Connection No.[protected] at Vill: BANDHAWA MAHABIR, Vindhyachal-231307 since July,1987. Among various irregularities of Power - both Low Voltages, its fluctuations and erratic Frequency, I am experiencing Improper Billings also. My several oral submissions/reportings to SDO-II had gone to deaf-ears; My letters of Complaints to EDD-II was unactioned - 1) Paid Amounts not accounted for/brought forwarded resulting huge hepty bills, 2) Meter Readings are not recorded and no proper Data Advice sent, 3) Provisional Bills with 320 Units are added every month even Meter-Reader and JE visited and noted Readings. All these irregularities caused Improper Billings which are root of displeasure and anguise. These are not expected from Public Utility Services. Please confirm action.
