[Resolved]  Toyota Corolla Altis — Bad Service and customer Neglect

I have bought an altis on the 2nd day of launch. The car bumper got damaged and I took it to Galaxy Toyota Service. The Service is very pathetic. They took 30 days to give me back the vehicle. When I Paid the money and got a delivery challan, The paint was flaking, there were additional scratheson the body, The car interiors were full of dust, dirt and in fact the driver seat was full of grease. After charging 80000/- part of which was paid by me and the rest by insurance co, this was their approach that the car was not even washed. I twas giventhe delivery after 4 attempts and 5 days after payment. Now because of my complaints to TKM, the dealer team is targeting me and decided to make my life worse...My clutch settings have been changed and vehicle switches of/clutch slips each time. Believe it... they offerred me the vehicle back with the Corolla Altis logo in the bootspace...Now I am running pillar to post in TKM and Galaxy toyota, who have stopped taking my calls. I was asked to sign a blank Customer Satisfaction Report!!!.. The Customer Relations Manager is out for lunch for most of the time!!! . After registering 2 complaints there is no relief. The paint job is so crude that my car looks as if it is painted in the roadside garage... Listen, they have a Service Dealership monolpoly in Delhi/North India, much to the disadvantage of the customers. You have to be very nice to people in the service centre and please them if you want to get the issue redressed...

After charging 2000/- part of which was paid by me and the rest by insurance co, this was their approach that the car was not even washed. Now because of my complaints to TKM, the dealer team is targeting me and decided to make my life worse...My door settings have been changed and vehicle . Believe it... they offerred me the vehicle back with the Corolla Now I am running pillar to post in TKM and Galaxy toyota, who have stopped taking my calls. had bought Altis Corolla Sport model in September 2009 from CR 2Nariman Point branch of Shinrai Toyota dealers. They havenot provided me limited series nuimber that has been allocated to my car yet. Inspite of reminding several times, understand from them that the company-Totoya only doesnot provide this number. While asked them as to how other cars with LImited series have been supplied the same since I had seen cars with these numbers, they had no reply...
I agree, Toyota Dealers in Delhi/NCR are pathetic service provider.

Uttam Toyota, Ghaziabad is the worst among all, they do not consider or listen to customer complaint and no one in Toyota Bharat to resolve these queries. It seems Toyota Bharat is in India to just make fool of Indians.

Highly disappointed the why Toyota Distributor is treating the Accident Vehicle & Its Customer

Dear Sir,
I am highly disappointed the why Toyota Distributors are handling the Vehicles & Customers of accident vehicle . I am using Toyota Corolla bearing number MH20 BE 0790 . Unfortunately I went into accident with the Vehicle twice over a period less then 2 month . Both the times I had send my vehicle to Galaxy Toyota : Kundali, Haryana .
First time my tool bag & key ring was missing when vehicle was returned back to me . In addition to this side scratches which left over the vehicle were not painted . When I had asked the about the same to the executive who was taking care my vehicle then he put blame on me that I had to inform in writing in though I had inform verbally . Regarding tool bag & key ring he mentioned the I should remove these items before handing over the vehicle to work shop .

Second time again I went into accident on 14th June 2013 . This time experience is even worse . I had handed over the vehicle on 15th June and I got it back on 26th July 2013 . Petrol tank was empty though I had given money to driver to fill the petrol and I was told that petrol was filled . Due to damage of Bonnet & Front Glass a knob of Battery was also damaged which was not attended and vehicle was handed over to me with temporary arrangement . Keys of my vehicle was handed over to me in my office and when I wanted to take back the vehicle to my home I was not able to start due to petrol tank empty and battery down and knob broken . Further Air in Tyres were also very less . A switch in Dash board was also not yet replaced .

I had paid huge maintenance bill but both the time I feel cheated by Toyota Distributor . Since this is the only authorized Toyota WORKSHOP available I had no other option but to go to this Distributor workshop of Toyota . I can not expect from Company like Toyota who had global reputation for customer service .

Pl respect your customer and give due return of heard earn money of Indian Customers . Cheating of customers should not be way of business.
