[Resolved]  Toyota Corolla Altis Diesel — no proper service and fooling customers

Days are not far when public wont like TOYOTA

I have a car Corolla Altis (diesel) of Toyoto company. My car no. is MP 09 LG 5000. I take regular services from Rajpal Toyota, Indore, M.P. India. My car mostly runs on highway. Past 70 to 75 days there was 2 major problem in my car : (1) suddenly when car runs coolent finishes and temperature increases (2) in morning car takes many selfs to get start. Because of these problems I send my car to Rajpal Toyota, Indore. They checked the leakage problem and gave my car immediately. They told me,”If there will be some leakage it will stop and we have tightened all the nuts and bolts.” I brought my car home and after 8 days when my car ran again on highway I faced those same problem and very difficultly I brought my car at home. Then I informed at Rajpal Toyota. After 2days they sent 2 persons from there workshop at home, they checked my car for an hour and told me,” This car should be taken to workshop and checked.” I gave my car to them, till 6 days they were checking my car and they told me, “We are followed with Toyota and according to Toyota’s guideline we will work.” They also told me that,”All work of your car will be in warranty and you don’t get worried.” They gave me assurance. Giving the reason of checking the car one by one they opened the engine and all the parts of car without knowing me and told me that we are doing all these with the permission of Toyota. After opening all the parts they told your services are not taken on time, TOYOTA WILL NOT GIVE ANY CLAIM. After all these matter I talked with G.M. of Rajpal Toyota, he told “After opening of all the parts there will be expenses of Rs 75000/- to Rs.125000/-.” Before this I already got the estimate of Rs 20000/- from company workers.
I am feeling these people fooled me.
I know that my car was having stomach pain and these people opened heart and did surgery of it
Seeing this condition and estimate of my car I thought to get it repaired and sell it of. Now, my world’s no.1 car company Toyota has lost my faith. Almost after 20 days they gave me my car. If they don’t want to give the warranty then why they fooled me till 10 days, between these days they opened my car’s engine fully and all parts totally. This warranty’s matter could have been told to me within maximum 24 hours. Till one day before they assured me that Toyota will discount me 50% of the goodwill. I will fight with Toyota for this. When bill was made of Rs. 23500/- after arguing a lot they made a bill of Rs. 17713/- and I gave them full payment. They assured me totally that they checked each and every part of my car before delivering it to me.
The very next day I traveled with my car and went 200 kms. It was standing whole night. After standing whole night next day my car didn’t got started. I called from there to Rajpal Toyota and talked with service engineer and with his coordination I followed him till 6hrs and my car get started. After 25 kms car travelled the coolent was finished and temperature was increased.
Now tell me world’s no. 1 company Toyota failed in heart operation of my car OR still it can do something . What should I believe that my faith is lost or I can gain my faith again
If you think Toyota can gain the faith, so repair my car in free of cost and refund my amount of Rs. 17713/-
Telling you again “ Because of earning some money from customer these greedy persons are harming us.” Take some strict steps towards this.
