ITS 3rd day of complain . NO responce from TOYOTA

The Sorry status of having relationship with TOYOTA –thru Etios G – MBJB2ZBT[protected].

The vehicle is not starting and there are manufacturing defects in the vehicle and TOYOTA service personal are LYING on the problem. From 0840 Hr,29-Aug-2011, the complain is register in almost all available TOYOTA channels. Result is pathetic.
1st they bully customer by saying that its all your mistake, you don’t care for switching off light so vehicle not starting.- THE BLAME –what to do with it
2nd they say you don’t know how to upkeep vehicle that Etios has very special design in-built which requires daily start for 5-10 min, if you don’t do that, you will land up in starting trouble very often------ WHAT special design ??? I kept asking –no reply from super TOYOTA techies.
3rd Some other people checked again and said –The battery is low and it could ONLY be recharged /rectified in workshop. This was high point, I asked the situation of battery replacement/recharge market dynamics, where all manufacturers come and replace battery on spot. I offered to give them cost of battery to get the replacement done at my residence, although it is in warranty, if there is problem of battery ONLY. TOYOTA personals not agreed on the same--- THE reasons unexplained yet.
4th ,Now the call comes from Ramakrishna( or HareKrishna – don’t know exactly) of Grace Toyota, Now he says there is a problem of trunk switch and same needs to be replaced , so car needs to be called to service center. He told other switches also need to be checked etc etc…
THIS IS THE BIGGEST CONCERN – WHY THERE WAS FALSE COMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMER?????
I clearly told Mr Ramakrishna that I have lost all faith in TOYOTA and can give the vehicle only after getting a detailed report and request for the happenings done on vehicle by TOYOTA personals as there is fear that in service station, they will do many bad things with vehicle and also if they don’t give me my vehicle back ( as they are have more muscle than an ordinary customer) ,then where I will go …
I have lost my all money as the vehicle is BAD and useless if not starting, but the way these TOYOTA personal are talking/behaving and blaming, why should I put myself of risk of having physical injury from these guys???
I offered them to get the vehicle back and give me money in tune of Rs 570~575K to get rid of the TOYOTA. I can bear these losses BUT at least I’ll be safe……I don’t know what is in their mind --- WHETHER THEY WANT TO TAKE MY VEHICLE FORCEFULLY ……There is severe concern of having a TOYOTA vehicle.
They have not come back with a letter or any proposal till now………..
Another issue, where they have given me either wrong number plate or wrong bill, not even clarified by them on writing. In any case, it is illegal and I doubt, these TOYOTA personal are really doing something mischievous with customer. They want to do everything on hay-way basis with no written communication to it ( I insist on written communication as that will be only proof against any misconduct done by TOYOTA to me).
Not giving the bill at the time of payment is minor issue against the above but in fact it is too a MAJOR concern. If customer is paying, he has all-right to get the bill for the equipment he has purchase, But I don’t know what is TOYOTA WAY to work on ????
Delivery of new vehicle with dust and spots on exterior body of vehicle is something ,,I guess needless to mention… a due cleaning of vehicle if expected by customer is something a distant dream --- they refute it by saying that vehicle was standing under tree so it got spots ,what is an issue they said---get the cleaning done?????? IS IT A WAY ????? I don’t know….
What I know, till the time you have not paid money to TOYOTA ,its all OK Once they take the money they world change for TOYOTA and buyer become THE MOST UNWANTED thing to them… no single personal is there to listen…all are there to blame you and make u fear from TOYOTA..
The vehicle is not started yet…………….and No one from TOYOTA has having concern for the same too…..
I do firmly believe, Its not the dealership, but the TOYOTA that made my life worst as much as possible…… NOW I WANT A CLEAR YES /NO from TOYOTA --- SHOULD I FORGET HAVING A TOYOTA VEHICLE AND SEND IT FOR THRASH AND BEAR THE LOSSES OF NEARLY INR6 LAC + ?????? NEED CONCRETE ANSWER IN NEXT 18Hr from TOYOTA ONLY……
