COMPLAINT FOR THE SAME COMPLAINTS NUMBER OF TIMES BUT THEY ARE UNABLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM

My vehicle Toyota Innova with the registration No DL4C AE 3001 purchased on 14/01/06 the car is completely maintained or serviced under galaxy toyota(moti nagar) from the very first day even the car is also purchased by galaxy toyota (moti nagar) before innova we used toyota qualis in that car we have not faced a single problem in that car becoz of qualis performance we have purchased toyota innova expecting with the same performance of qualis infact we are planning to purchase toyota fortuner also but this time toyota innova really disappoint me and waved my plan to purchase the toyota fortuner.

i have complaint number of times for problem that sometimes my car automatically gets breakdown even i can say it lost all his powers for few seconds after 10-15 minutes it becomes O.K.and i have complaining this in galaxy toyota from last 4 or 5 periodic services but they are unable to solve the problem even they cant diagnose what the problem is and the reply of the service advisor is :-Sir, the problem is not coming in front of ours so we cant help it out at last on my last periodic service the service advisor told me yes we have diagnose the problem and we will sort out the problem you wont faced the same problem again in future but yesterday on date 02/12/09 we have faced the same problem again we went to new delhi railway station to recieve our relative coming from outstation and the time after recieving them we entered in the car to go back home with our relative and try to start the car , again the same problem occured that time my family members and my relatives pushed the car to start the engine that time the situation was so embarrasing for us that i can't say

i must say toyota innova is a completely hopeless car .

IT IS HORRIBLE DEALING WITH GALAXY TOYOTA MOTI NAGAR , UNEXPERIENCED STAFF, THEY CALL TEN TIMES TO UNDERSTAND THE SMALL FAULT , .ASK ON WAITING FOR HOURS, INTERESTED IN SAILING THERE OWN COMPONENT TRY TO INFLATE BILLS FOR NO REASONS, WILL NEVER CHANGE NEW COMPONENT EVEN IF REQUIRED. SHOW ROOM MUST BE CLOSED IMMEDIATELY , THEY SHALL NOT BE ALLOWED EVEN TO SALE CAR, LIKE TOYOTA, BETTER THEY OPEN VEG MAKT. WITH THIS KIND OF ORGANISATION , SHAME SHAME SHAME VERGHEES
our vehicle no GJ 16 AP 4735 we done service in Narmada Toyota at km 25000. we have paid 14000Rs. we are not satisfied with the service. no one is giving re pones to us.
i have recently purchased new innova Gx . i just completed my first free service at Tichy .i reached home nicely. we had another trip of 100 km, it was fine.after 3 days from that day when my dad tries to start, nothing happening.none of the panel light is comming. i am still to call the service people.

I WAS ALSO FACING THE SAME PROBLEM AND DID A LOT OF RESEARCH FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS.
I OWN 2009 D4 INNOVA, 43000 KM DONE.
GOT THE PROBLEM MANY TIMES LIKE WHILE ON RIDE I STOP AT THE SIGNAL AND NEXT TIME THE CAR WONT ATART,
THE SELF LOCKS IN BETWEEN, THEN HAVE TO GET IT JUMP START .
I MET SUCH THING FEW TIMES AND ALWAYS REPORTED THIS TO TOYOTA, AND THE SIMPLE REPLY WAS TO CHANGE THE BATTERY BUT I NEVER DID THAT .
AFTER AROUND 6 MONTHS STUDY I FIGURED OUT THAT THERE COULD BE A PROBLEM WITH THE SELF AS I FACED SOMEWHAT SIMILAR WITH MY SAFARI,
I DID THE SAME THING HERE ALSO WENT TO THE TOYOTA AND ASKED THEM TO FIRST OVERHAUL THE SELF AND IF IT STILL NOT WORK THEN WE WILL THINK OF CHANGING THE BATTERY.
THE ANAND TOYOTA GUY TECH SURENDER DID HIS JOB, CLEANED ALL THE CARBON AND AFTER THE REINSTALL FIRST HE CHECKED THE BATTERY, IT WAS LOW ON CHARGE BUT STILL HE DECIDED TO CRANK THE ENGINE .

THE ENGINE CRANK WAS SO SWEET I CANT EXPRESS .
THEN WAS THE TIME TO CHECK THE BATTERY HEALTH AND ALTERNATOR .
ELECTRONIC METER WAS USED TO CHECK THE FUNCTIONING WHICH ALSO GAVE OUT A PRINTER RECEIPT AFTER THE DIAGNOSE .
IT STATED THAT EVERYTHING IS OK, EVEN THE BATTERY.
I HAVE CRANKED THE ENGINE APPROX 20 TIMES AND STILL ITS SWEET.
I AM POSTING YOU THE PIC OF THE METER
BUT LATER AGAIN I FACED THE SAME PROBLEM AND I WAS ON THE WAY TO DELHI AND FACED THE SAME PROBLEM.
I AGAIN DID A LOT OF RESEARCH AND FOUND THAT WHEN THE BATTERY IS CHARGED AND GETS HOT THEN IT LOOSES THE CHARGE, WHEN PARKED OVERNIGHT NEXT MORNING AGAIN ITS FINE,
SO NOW IT WAS THE TIME TO GET THE BATTERY CHANGED, AS IT WAS 3 YEARS OLD.
NOW GOT THE BATTERY CHANGED TO EXIDE 700L AND IT SOUNDS AS A NEW INNOVA IS BEEN CRANKED,
LETS SEE HOW IT WORKS.

    i just want to know about this message i received that i won a 1million US dollar from toyota lottery promotions...Mr.Louis hung who's send the said message with his email address [protected]@gmail.com...
    Good day, i was contacted on my email damocool88 @yahoo.com, that i was among the winners of Toyota car promo by the Liu yang.
    It is a fake email/sms from a scammer. Google, Yahoo, Rediff etc dont run such lotteries. You can receive such an email/sms named from anyone and you may even get a link to some fake lottery or lucky draw website. But its all a part of the scam to take your credit card number or charge you in some way or force you to send them a payment. Once they receive the payment its impossible to track down. By the way I would suggest you do not use gmail as it keeps all the data from its users though its deleted and it could be used against you anywhere. Be careful where you give out your personal info next time.
    Mr. Ivan Young is still playing his game. For and on behalf of China Citic Bank as foreign operations manager he is submitting fake fund deposit certificates to the value o[censored]SD 4.500.000, 00 in the name of Mohhamed Raflat of Libya (his spelling Lybya). The beneficiary has to adhere to the financial regulation policy of China. 850, oo USD has to be wired viy Wester uNions to Judy Agency in Shenzhen, so that they can arrange to release of the funds and clearance will be given for the funds to be transferred to beneficiary's account of his choice. Upon my reqquest for bank verification of said amount I was replied that he does not indulge in anything illegal.etc. etc. So don't waste your money guy, rather give it to the Red Cross or so.

      GENTLEMEN, TOYOTA CORPORATION:

      We have bought a Toyota corolla model 2008 and this car the first batch o[censored]p to Egypt from South Africa and the gearbox does not work as smoothly as the usual.
      Please note: we have other Toyota corolla model 2002 chassis No.[protected] Motor No.2268817 this car more than excellent and there is no problems in the gearbox so far and still working.
      As for the corolla 2008 chassis No.[protected] Motor No.0136020 one year after the date of purchase (20000 Km): we have taken the car service center unused , we have found 7 parts in the gearbox need to change (full gearbox) Defects industry and after the arrival of the car service center is not repair the car because the gearbox does not exist ( the car not working since more than a month in the service center) the car carrying gearbox(mmt) even though we book the car and received it on automatic
      Please take the approval of replacement car corolla 2010 with automatic transmission willingness to pay for replacement – or change (mmt) gearbox to automatic gearbox. Transmission to you that our cooperation in order to preserve the good reputation of the usual Toyota.

      I am Dr.Hesham ElBadawy,
      I am one of the pioneers who had brought the MMT system.
      Basically, the MMT is needing some sort of special treatment.
      First:
      If you need to pick up the car and take off very fast (as the American style); So, put your knob of the Gear box to the position M.
      after while grab the flipper + or just tick the knob to +
      then we can go back to situation E mode
      When you will go up and need to faster your vehicle return back to M and pull down the flipper - then the + sign
      Other technique is always using E mode but with the aid of +/- flippers in the driving wheel.
      The MMT is wonderfull technique but very complicated one and it is basic feature in the lexury cars and sports cars looks like Lamborjenie and BMW M serires. But the Problem her may be summarized that the engine is 1600cc only and this system is going to outstanding for the large capacity engines as in Toyota Sequaia 5700cc
      This is my opinion and I am driving in that way.

            My vehicle Toyota Innova with the registration No MH 02 BG5900 purchased on 12/09/08 from Lakozy Toyota Mumbai costing 13 lac rupees self driven & maintained & serviced by them ( 1st Service within 1000 kms , 2nd Service In about 1800 kms ) This was a replacement Vehicle to the Qualis Which I previously owned for 6 yrs driven around 120000 kms without trouble till a company sales person persuaded us into buying an Innova . My ordeal with the vehicle began on 29/10/09 when I drove my wife 3 kids aged 4yrs ,3yrs,6 months along with my maid drove to Dharwad from Mumbai a distance of 570 kms in about 9- 10 hrs without trouble, had a halt for abut 4hrs my friend in Dharwad joined us & we proceeded to Dandeli about 65 kms into the forest to a resort . About half way into the journey I heard a small hissing sound for a moment which stopped & we thought it was insignificant, about 6kms from the resort suddenly the sound appeared & there was a rattle from the gear box. we somehow made it to the resort & called Shoddha Toyota in hubli Closest toyota service centre about 80 kms from the resort. They told us that since we were very far we should drive back, we refused as it was already getting dark & a complete breakdown in the forest would be horrifying & insisted on getting vthe vehicle towed by them which they agreed to do so only the next morning. They did so the next morning with a mahindra pick up jeep & not a truck with a vehicle rack, the towing journey was difficult & risky considering the terrain & we reached the service station in Hubli about 3hrs later the technicians raised the vehicle & found a leaking rear end oil seal of the transmission on collecting the entire oil it was not more than 200 ml.It was supposed to be 2.5 Litres. They said they would top up the oil & check for noise,but it was found the gears had seized. Now they say they will repair the badly damaged gears. For which I refused & demanded they change the entire gear assembly, & demanded an explanation for the situation & the inconvenience it had caused me & my family.Since the oil had leaked from manufacturers defective oil seal which the company service centres failed to detect not once but 2 services. I believe the least they can do is replace the defective gear assembly,rear oil seal of transmission, give an explanation and an apology for the inconvenience it has caused me & my family.I commuted to Mumbai with my family in public transport as it was time of Diwali vacations.Also after the work is over I have to close my clinic for 3 days to go all the way back & get my vehicle . I wrote an email to the company about everything & how painful it was after paying 13 lacs of my hard earned money and total distance covered by the vehicle till date is 2820kms. The companys response was even more shocking. They did not reply to my questions, and said that they would only repair the gear box . I do not get sleep at night & feel traumatised by their callous, unproffesional, non proficient attitude. I have also taken photographs which I will attach.

              Then a robbery accident happened on my car on 9/9/2009 caused a damage to the car , and the insurance company will cover all the maintenance expenses .
              I deliver the car to TOYOTA MAINTANANCE CENTER IN ABO RAWASH CITY on 12/9/2009 , From that date till now 29/10/2007 I can't get my car because the maintenance center of Toyota informed me that they don't have the new pieces to exchange with the damaged ones .
              I've been informed from the maintenance center of Toyota that I have to wait till they import these pieces form abroad ( Toyota company in Japan ) , and this is not convenience , otherwise they told me that the delay of importing these pieces is out of there hands and the responsible is Toyota company in Japan .

              When I decided to buy a care there ware many alternatives but I decided to buy Toyota after what I have been told about the car , its options and the after selling services , but I found that this wasn't true .

              I'M IN NEED TO THE CAR ; SO A FAST SOLUTION IS A MUST .

                i purchased a fortuner reg no DL 3CG 5623 on 1st September'09 on first service I told the service executive that the breaks dont work properly and even after making 6 to 7 complaints/ visit to M/s Uttam Toyota Noida the breaks have not been repaired and i fear that with those breaks i will definately meet with an accident. The service manager told me its a 4x4 vehicle so the breaks will be like this only which is really not justified as I have other 4x4 suv's also

                Hi I'm from ahmedabad and i bought my fortuner on 17th september and my car has run already 6000kms and even i have been facing the same problem with my brakes and the staff at the showroom knew about this problem and did some bleeding work which hardly made a difference for 1week and gave me the same reason that suv's are meant to have wea brakes which does not make sense at all as these are very loose and weak. My car runs around 180kms daily on the A'bad Baroda expressway and i fear that the brakes are not capable of handling such a big car even at speeds of 70-80kmh!
                I agree to it, I just escaped to death with my family on jaipur highway. The break pedal simply sinks in and the break fails. The same was communicated to me when i asked the service manager about this. I just wonder how can this car clear the quality control tests.

                The brakes of my vehicle Toyota Fortuner are shockingly very poor and one has to press the pedal fully and with a fright of desmair. The Pedal is very mushy and the brakes are not sharp and effective at all.

                I have taken deliver on the 18th of September`09 and have driven only 1800kms.

                I have had a few close calls in this vehicle and in two occasions I could have met fatal accidents. I AM CARRYING RISK BY DRIVING THIS VEHICLE with no response from the bakes even after the first few Heart-Stopping moments.

                We blindly book your car without even taking a test drive, simply because of the TOYOTA Badge this car is carrying, i`m sorry but this time i feel let down on Quality, it is like you have sold us a car to commit suicide.

                As per our interaction with owners of other Fortune vehicles, I find that this is a general complaint about your vehicle and most of the vehicles have gone to the service centre twice or thrice but to no vain.
                Mr. Nikhil B Krishnan of Toyota Krilosker Motors said that this was the general feedback received and Toyota is going to come out with a solution to this by February 2010. But the whole point is that till February 2010 this vehicle has to be locked and parked in the garage because of the tremendous amount of risk involved in driving this vehicle.

                After paying so much for this Vehicle this is a very sad and upsetting episode, Toyota management will definitely have to work on this lapse and make sure their customers are satisfied totally. I will wait for solution on this issue and then initiate to take further action because I am carrying a huge amount of Risk by driving this vehicle and we can’t accept a vehicle of this quality especially when we talk about Toyota standards.

                My Car is not being used, it is parked. I am touch in with Mr.Nikil who has says me he`l get back to me soon.

                I purchased a fortuner reg no KL 08 AR 1717 on October'09 on second service (11000 Km) I told the service executive that the brakes dont work properly. The service manager told me its a 4x4 vehicle so the brakes will be like this and change its brake pad, Its worth Rs 4073.I have already 3 car these have no any complaints like this.This for kind information and make necessary action

                i totally agree that the toyota fortuner has a major break related issue, specially if you are driving over 80 and then attempt to apply the brakes..

                i decided to go for the new ford endeavour for this reason...secondly the fortuner rear seats are too cramped up and i dont think it is offering any real value for money as of now..maybe in the next 2 years they will take care of the issues but right now it is a disappointment
                I too have a Fortuner & find its brakes totally pathetic. Complained to Toyota-service many times, even talked to TKM but to no anvil. Nothing has been done so far & Toyota is in a denial mode. I feel extremely unsafe driving the vehicle & do not take my family on long trips on it. I've have also advised my friends & relatives not to go in for the vehicle till Toyota makes amends. I constantly feel that I have made a wrong investment & think of selling the vehicle soon because Toyota is not helping in any way.                 With reference to the earlier stated complaint on 21/02/2010, a strong apology had been given by the general manager besides an assurance to expedite the matter but there has been no response and the time of the delivery is extended to may or june. The strange issue is that no proper feedback had been given by Toyota company and I think that the company which speaks very highly about customer care & satisfaction had not even replied the mail. This is a huge inconvenience to company’s new prospects. If this continuous to happen then the customer will start losing its faith. I had already attained a strong negative feeling by your service and awaiting for a positive response from your side. And even the company had not bothered to honour the request of Minister of state for external affairs Hon. Parneet kaur.
                We would highly appreciate if the company sends us the status of our vehicle.

                Good News, Toyota has finally come with a solution. Dealer in Delhi is fitting stronger front wheel brake kits. This is done free of cost . The brakes are amazing after the change. I feel confident driving after the change in the brakes. Finally Toyota has come with a solid solution.

                I am eleven years old and I am doing a project in math, on how much a car costs yearly. With these problems how often did you guys have to get your car serviced and how much did it cost?
                I have a very similar experience as most people here on this forum. I have a bunch of grouses..

                - I booked my car two months before the launch. It took several months and pursuing to get an allocation done. I believe allocations happened out of order.
                - When I finally got my vehicle in Feb this year, I was told that the price has increased and was made to pay more. I protested that it is not my fault that Totota is delivering late. It's toyota's fault. But the dealer said he was helpless. I asked the dealer for a written explanation from TKM. It still hasn't happened.
                - The Brakes for the vehicle are very soft and you feel very uncomfortable at even 60 KMPH, since it takes a lot of time for the brakes to work. You literraly have to press the pedal hard to get the vehicle to slow down and lot more to stop it. On the first service I asked them to fix the brakes, they adjusted it a bit but hasn't helped that much.

                Please let me know if we are going to jointly file a case against Toyota on this.

                I have purchased toyota fortuner from Redient Toyota, Ludhiana, Punjab in September/09. I totally agree that the vehicle has a major breaking problem. I have escaped from accident at least four times in my total 4500 Kms run. I have already told to the dealer about this problem but they have no satisfactory reply. In my opinion Toyota Fortuner is a bad product like old wine in a new bottle but you can't blame the Toyota people as they know that the life in India is very cheap.

                all Fortuners manufactured post March 2010 have "ZERO" brake problems, i bought one a week back and the Brakes are perfect, i took it to 160, and the brakes work absolutely fine.

                i gave you my point of view of what i think of the current situation, i agree that the car had terrible brakes before, but mine work just right, the guy at the dealership told me that all cars post march or april would have better brakes,

                so mine just feel right, i have zero problems (our more than welcome to take my car for a spin)

                I have bought a fortuner in March 2010, its without ABS, brakes are very bad. on sudden braking, the front wheels jam, while the rear moves freely (the brake might be working little less on raer wheels, but what I see, no tyre marks on road for rear wheels). Checked with Toyota workshop, they say it is designed like this to not skid sideways ! ! What I have found that due to jaming of front wheels and with free rear wheels the vehicle slips more due to all weight pushing it forward. I have asked the workshop incharge that if this technology is so good, show me any single car from Toyota or any other brand using this technology, anyhow he has taken the car for 3 days, lets hope. Anyone has suggestions ?

                Toyota's has recalled more than 3lakh cars world wide related to brake problems, un attended acceleration, engine components, axle, floor mat, abs system problems etc.So it is not a problem faced by a particular model (Fortuner.) They have different problems across their whole range of vehicles world wide.A company (former world no1 ) which was once known for its ''quality and reliability'' is phasing these problems.If the companies real motive was to produce ''reliability'' products they would have acted briskly instead of hiding their problems.It is a bad move from the company which has questioned their reliability.So they are selling inferior quality products in developing countries where consumer law is weak.

For that i sent the car at Dsk Toyota, Bavdhan service (one of the biggest service center in India), Pune.. They didnt take it seriously at first for silencer part and keep experimenting for if its Necessecity to replace in Insurance.. Though my Insurance is cash-less and 0% depreciation.. They took around 10-15 days for replacement.. After that they only deliver the car to my home (which is about 10 kms from their service center). I have 3 more cars so i use fortuner only for long rides so i didnt even unlock it for 3 days. On 4th day it coud'nt get opened by remote only. I tried manually by key and saw that lights are off and horn not working.. I called same Dsk toyota service and they didnt response me well.. Atlast i called Toyota Road Assistance and they took my car from home by crane saying 'Battery is dry'.. and now after 10-15 days they are replying that battery has failed totally and cant replace as it passed 1 year of warranty also saying we are not at all responsible at all..                       Dear Friend,
                      This is not a junk mail nor it is a spam.
                      I would like to warn you if you are using a TOYOTA CAR especially those of you in THAILAND and INDIA.
                      I had bought 2 brand new Toyota Cars and both the times I have a very bad experience with the cars starting from the 3rd day of taking delivery especially the TOYOTA VIOS LIMITED EDITION which I took the delivery on the 9th March 2009.
                      On the 11th March, the glove compartment fell off, when we took to the service center, they informed that the glove compartment which came with the car was for another model not this model. It took them 3 days to get a new one.
                      On the 16th , the suspension started giving problems and brakes started making screeching noise and they claims that the brake discs were full of dust. That was a bull , because by that time the car had logged in only 250 KMs. Another problem was that the back luggage compartment cover was making a loud noise and on checking they had not put in the spring of that compartment.
                      Then the A/C started giving a problems and they had to replace the blower.
                      Till now they have not been able to solve the BRAKES AND SUSPENSION PROBLEMS even after taking to the service center for more than 20 times in last 6 months.
                      The company says that whatever the problems we complain are the standard of this car and it is perfectly alright.
                      Another point which should be noted is that they had assigned few people to follow us for reason known only to them and when we became aware of that, they fled away . We reported the matter to the police and on checking , that vehicle was reported stolen 2 months earlier. Fortunately we could see one person who was TOYOTA MOTOR THAILAND’S STAFF who had been to our place.
                      We had taken up the matter with the TOYOTA MOTOR THAILAND, and instead of taking care of the problems they assigned a lawyer to look info the matter and THEN CAME UP WITH THE SUGGESTIONS THAT THEY WILL LOOK FOR A BUYER FOR OUR CAR AT 30 % OF THE COST.
                      THE PURPOSE OF WRITING THIS IS TO YOU IS TO WARN YOU THAT IF YOU ARE A TOYOTA USER/S BEWARE THAT YOU MIGHT FACE THE PROBLEMS I AM FACING, AND IF YOU PLAN TO BUY A CAR, AVOID BUYING TOYOTA AS YOU WILL GET PROBLEMS AS A BONUS.

                      Further to our earlier complain lodge.

                      When the problems became more than we could handled, We tried to contact the Executives of TOYOTA MOTOR THAILAND . Not only they refused to talk to us, they asked their Legal advisor to send us the notice that IF WE TRY TO CONTACT ANY STAFF OF THE COMPANY, THEY WOULD TAKE TAKE A STERN ACTION AGAINST US BY TAKING LEGAL ACTIONS FOR VIOLATING THE EXECUTIVE'S PERSONAL RIGHTS.

                      They forgot that THEY THEMSELF ARE VIOLATING CONSUMER'S RIGHTS by supplying sub standard vehicle to us.

                      Not only that, they had organised a group of people to trail us for reasons known only to them.
                      We finally filed a petition at the CONSUMER'S INTEREST COURT and instead of working out the solution, their lawyer said that THE COMPANY HAS ADVISED TO FIGHT THE CASE TO THE END.

                      This clearly shows HOW IRRESPONSIBLE TOYOTA MOTORS IS.

                      Indian consumers, PLEASE BEWARE IF YOU ARE GOING TO BUY A TOYOTA AS YOU MAY GET THE HEADACHE AS A BONUS WITH THE CAR LIKE WE HAVE GOT IT TWICE.

If this is spam then it would bring disgrace to the Chinese Government. Please tell me whether it is a spam or is it genuine and in such a case what should I do. Please verify and provide authenticity.

                          I bought the above model Toyota vehicle on the15th October 2008. Within 8 months the courtsy light has failed , it is not the bulb. when I informed the main Toyota dealer

I paid in total £15,630 for this vehicle. If this is the manner of gaining customer satisfaction then I can certainly assure you that the next car that I shall be buying will not be a Toyota . I have to date bought two previous Toyota Cars. I am absolutey disgusted with this Toyta Main dealer's cavalier and disinterested attitude. It would appear once again that all that matters in life is to sqeeze as much money as possible from car owners as is possible!

                            My self Vimal Bhajikhaw and i am from Surat, Gujarat.
                            I have Toyota Innova with the registration No. GJ-5-CJ 6847 purchased on 15/01/08 from Nanavati motors (Plot no. 220, behind Raj Hans cenema, Piplod road, Surat) costing Apprx.11 lac rupees.

                            I sent my car to Nanavati motors for general check-up on 13/11/09 and they found problem in foundation busing.

                            I said to replace busing and they replied that we did not have any parts and will ask for related parts from some where else.

                            After almost waited for 1.5 month, i sent my car again for replacement of bussing and they again replied the same answer that they don’t have any parts and all of that...

                            I think they are not working properly and UN necessary harassing the customer.

                            They have to tell the reality to customer and they should have those parts otherwise what is use of being work shop without any parts.

                            Apart from that their service is so poor and people are very lezzy.

                            I have two of Toyota Innova cars and after having this experience, I am thinking to sell my both of cars because service provided by them is of very lower level as compare to other company service outlet in Surat city.

                            Maruti, GM motors, Tata all have very good service station and work shop and its upto you to take some important step to keep Toyota alive in Surat city.

                            Please take some corrective action and preventive action because they are spoiling Toyota name and image.

                              You have produced a very desireable car in th Toyota IQ. However in Thailand we are not able to get a locally assembled car. The imported version from Japan is attrociously expensive with the import duties and SEC company Bangkok extremely high margins slapped on.

                              Sir you are not a stranger to the choked roads of Bangkok where this Toyota IQ beauty of an automobile is needed. It is your civic duty to produce this car in Thailand. If you can make Camrys, Vigos, Yaris, etc then you can very easilly produce the IQ.

                              Please do not limit your marketing to America and Europe and bestow upon us Thais an ECO friendly car locally assembled IQ and releive Bangkok from some of it's traffic woes. Most Bangkokians drive one man to one car-what a waste when the driver is driving a 3-6 litre monster which does not make one once of sense ecologically and economically.

                              After the 1st service of the 7.500Km and having done 12.000Km I found out that the indication, of oil had reached the minimum .
                              After having communicated many times with TOYOTA of Belgium ( Mrs. Todesco ) as well as with TOYOTA HELLAS they decided after many tests to change the spring of the pistons of the motor after having done 23.000Km.
                              Mu fortunately after 3.000Km once more great consumption of oil was confirmed.
                              I communicated with TOUOTA HELLAS for a solution of my problem and for the 3ed time they refereed that the level of oil should be checked a again every 1.000Km.

                              Dear Sir,

                              I have a 2009 Toyota Hybrid Camry. When I took it for Toyota service-Amman (3) months ago, I asked them about the noise I hear in the steering column when I turn the steering wheel. They told me that the noise I am hearing is from the intermediate shaft on the steering column. And the shaft must be replaced to fix the problem. But they don’t have any parts available (as usual) and they will order the needed part for me and it will be available after (3) months on next car maintenance appointment.

                              On the 28th December 2012, I took the car for maintenance, and asked about the part if it’s available, in order to replace the broken shaft. They told me it’s not available and they are not sure when the missing part will be available!!!

                              FYI, this is the second time I write to you about the poor service quality of Toyota-Maintenance centers in Amman-Jordan. I think the management of Toyota Company-Amman still doesn’t understand how poor inventory control practices can damage their business!!

                              You can find below, a copy of my first email. I just want to add, the problem of Toyota-maintenance centers in Amman/Jordan, isn’t poor inventory control, it is, that they don’t have any inventory.

                              I own Camry Hybrid 2009, I lost my car's wind screen wiper, and I went to Toyota Dealer's (Amman/Jordan) Maintenance center. I told them about my problem, they said apply for car entry to maintenance center and we will provide your car with the missing part. I waited for 2 hours at customer service waiting room, then they informed me that they made general check up for my car, plus, changed the oil, and made me pay for these services even that I didn’t ask them to do that, and told me that the missing part is not available at the main Toyota maintenance center, and that I have to options. First, to wait two weeks until they find me the missing part. Second, to go to the second branch of Toyota maintenance center at the other side of Amman city, to ask them if they have the missing part. So I called them by myself if the part is available, they answered-Yes. When I reached the other maintenance branch, I told them that I want them to provide my car with the missing part that they promised me of. They told me that they don’t have that part, and provided me with the a name of an employee (Abdul Rahman) at Toyota maintenance center, and he will provide with the part. So I returned once again to the main maintenance center, and I went to see Abdul Rahman, he instantly provided me with the missing part and installed it. Another incident, when I took my car to make periodic general check-up, they informed me that my car needs a new AC-Filter, but it’s not available, and they are going to order the AC filter, and contact me when it arrives, to date they never called me regarding that part. I want to know if the performance of all Toyota maintenance centers in the world, is similar to Amman Toyota maintenance centers, and if Toyota Corporation has a policy to fix this kind of low quality customer services of their maintenance services specially in Amman, because believe me I am not the only Toyota customer in Amman who is suffering from the negative attitude of workers and management of Toyota customer service in Amman/Jordan.

                                I received a SPAM mail from toyota lottery, Chinna, stating that I am winning of 500, 000 USD with a CAR and asked me to submit the details for claim. After sending my details they asked to REMIT USD 657 to their BANK A/c DELHI. I am very much affraid to make the payment to their a/c. Also please note all correspondences comming from below address with copy to ministry also.Please help me whether I can beleave this company and their proposal or it is a fake company??

                                    I have been an avid user of TOYOTA cars ever since. I used it in Egypt (My Country) and here in Saudi Arabia. I bought my previous cars from Toyota car dealers. Year 2006, that particular year, I bought Toyota Camry and I had experienced a complaint for my car. When I drive, I am experiencing that sound due to air enter to car cabin enters into my car’s door through rubber seal joint. It caused me uncomfortable for this. It seems that it is not good for the condition of my car. I had this problem told to an agent to have it fixed, and yet the problem is; it is not! As years went by, due to that said problem I buy AVALON model 2009 Full option(looks like a luxury car) for it might finished the same agony for a car. Worst, same problem arise! Same problem unsolved! The joint between car door and car body is not designed well comparing to other cars I used such as Ford and Caprice (Honda). I talked again to the agent to solved but until this very moment the same problem remains. No solution arises. I told my friends about this problem and they also experienced such problem. I do not buy this car just to pay for this problem. I buy Toyota Cars made in Japan because I believe that it has a good quality. Would you please make an action about this matter, for I am not comfortable using my car with such problem. I am not even satisfied for the service your agent is giving to solve the said problem"

                                    I have same problem I bought 2008 Avalon from Saudi Arabia (my country) and from first 10Km I was feeling not comfortable with this sound however my speed was only 80Km and I take my car to agency but thy was not able to solving this problem, it is really very bad from TOYOTA to produce this quality on a luxury car

                                        Please allow me to raise my complain against your maintenance representatives in Saudi Arabia.



                                        I own a 2007 ES350 Lexus which I have purchased from Abdul latif Jameel Co. and registered with license plate # YBT 248.The milage my car is 46000 km.I am used to do all my maintenance at Toyota maintenance workshop located at Khurais Road in Riyadh (every 5000KM as per their recommendations) and never missed it.



                                        The car stopped working in Dammam area Two weeks ago and I had to take it to the closest rep in Dammam. When the car stopped i checked up the radiator and it had water .



                                        I was communicating with maintenance manager Eng. Jamal El-Sayed . the first report was issued stating that the car radiator and Engine was damaged by a stone and the warranty does not cover the repair In this case. My argument was that “I never drove the car during any dust storm and the radiator contained normal water level when I drove it to the shop”. The response was again that the radiator was already in a bad shape for long time “how can it be in a bad shape and no one noticed during all the times I used your facility for maintenance?”





                                        It is clear to me that your agent is trying any excuses to escape their responsibility on this damage as none of the reports made any sense. I am seeking your support to consider my active warrantee for this repair. Finally, I would invite you to refer back to my maintenance records to confirm that all car maintenance was done on time and at Toyota facility.
